Claims (9)
- 液体添加物をタンク(2)から排ガス処理装置(3)に送給するための送給ユニット(1)であって、少なくとも、前記タンク(2)上に載置されることができるハウジング(4)、および要素担持体(5)を有し、前記要素担持体(5)は、少なくとも1つのポンプ(6)を担持して、取り付け板(7)によって前記ハウジング(4)内に固定される、送給ユニット(1)。
- 前記要素担持体(5)は、前記取り付け板(7)によって前記ハウジング(4)内に支えられ、この目的のために少なくとも前記取り付け板または前記要素担持体(5)は、少なくとも1つのバネ部(35)を有する、請求項1に記載の送給ユニット(1)。
- 前記取り付け板(7)は、前記ハウジング(4)のフランジ(9)における凹所(15)に係合する複数のアーム(8)を有し、前記アーム(8)は、前記フランジ(9)で前記ハウジング(4)を閉じるカバー(10)によって前記凹所(15)に固定される、請求項1または2に記載の送給ユニット(1)。
- 前記取り付け板(7)上に少なくとも1つの電子部品(11)が配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の送給ユニット(1)。
- 前記ポンプ(6)は、当該ポンプがポンプ(6)の回転軸(14)のまわりに回転することができるというような方法で前記要素担持体(5)上に固定され、前記ポンプ(6)は、前記回転軸(14)のまわりの当該ポンプ(6)の回転が制限されるかまたは防止されるというような方法で前記取り付け板(7)と係合する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の送給ユニット(1)。
- 前記要素担持体(5)は、U字状のポンプホルダ(16)を備え、前記ポンプ(6)は、前記ポンプホルダ(16)の2つのリム(17)の間に配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の送給ユニット(1)。
- 前記要素担持体(5)は、通って前記ポンプ(6)が前記添加物を送給する少なくとも1つのチャネル(18)を有し、前記チャネル(18)は、前記ポンプ(6)を前記送給ユニット(1)の少なくとも1つのさらなる機能要素(19)に接続する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の送給ユニット(1)。
- 前記ハウジング(4)を通って前記添加物を前記要素担持体(5)に送給するための少なくとも1つの液体運搬接続(20)があり、前記接続は、ライン要素(36)によって確立され、前記ライン要素は、前記ハウジング(4)を通って外側から前記要素担持体(5)まで延びて、いずれの場合も少なくとも1つのリング形パッキング(21)によって、ハウジング(4)で、および要素担持体(5)で閉め切られる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の送給ユニット(1)。
- 燃焼機関(23)、前記燃焼機関(23)からの排ガスをクリーニングするための排ガス処理装置(3)、添加物のためのタンク(2)、および、前記添加物を前記タンク(2)から前記排ガス処理装置(3)に送給するための請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の送給ユニット(1)、を有する自動車両(22)。
