Claims (15)
- エポキシ化触媒を製造する方法であって、135mbar(絶対圧)よりも大きい最小残留圧を有する真空に担体を曝す工程と、触媒種又はその前駆体を含む含浸溶液に前記担体を接触させる工程とを含む繰返しを、含む前記方法。
- 前記真空は、1000mbar(絶対圧)未満の最小残留圧を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒種又はその前駆体は、銀を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記繰返しは、2回以上実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記曝す工程及び前記接触させる工程を経た担体を、前記含浸溶液から分離する工程と、分離された担体を200℃以上の高温に曝す工程とを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記担体は、1.1m2/g以上の表面積を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記担体は、3ミクロンより大きい細孔径を有する細孔に存在する5%以上の総細孔容積を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記担体は、0.01ミクロン〜100ミクロンの細孔径範囲において2つ以上の細孔サイズ分布のピークを有し、且つ1.1ミクロンより大きいメジアン細孔径を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 1,2−ジオール、1,2−ジオールエーテル、1,2−カーボネート、又はアルカノールアミンを製造する方法であって、請求項13に記載の方法によって調製されたアルキレン酸化物を1,2−ジオール、1,2−ジオールエーテル、1,2−カーボネート、又はアルカノールアミンに変換する工程を含む、前記方法。
