Abstract
Description

実施例3では、実施例1乃至2のいずれかに従ったアブレーション装置において、第2ポリマー材料は親水性ポリマーである。
実施例5では、実施例1乃至4のいずれかに従ったアブレーション装置において、拡張状態にあるとき、バルーンは円錐状に形成されている。
実施例7では、実施例1乃至6のいずれかに従ったアブレーション装置において、バルーンの先端側区域は半透過性である。

Claims (16)
- 体組織を焼灼するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
第1位置と第2位置との間で作動可能な切替機構を備えたRF発生装置と、
電気伝導性流体の供給物を含む流体源と、
アブレーション装置と、を備え、
前記アブレーション装置は、
基端側区域、先端側区域および少なくとも1つの流体管腔、を有する長尺状シャフトと、
前記シャフトの先端側区域に接続された膨張可能なバルーンであって、該バルーンを潰れた状態と拡張状態との間で作動させるために、前記流体源と流体が流れるように連通した内部区域を備える、膨張可能なバルーンと、
前記バルーンの内部空間内に配置されるとともにRF発生装置に電気的に接続された第1電極であって、前記第1位置において作動する場合に、バルーンを介して第1RF電界を体組織に供給するように構成されている、第1電極と、
前記長尺状シャフトの先端部分に接続されるとともにRF発生装置に電気的に接続された第2電極であって、前記第2位置において作動する場合に、第2RF電界を組織に直接供給するように構成されている、第2電極と、を含む、システム。 - 前記バルーンは、疎水性ポリマー材料を含む基端側バルーン区域と、親水性ポリマー材料を含む先端側バルーン区域とを有する複合構造を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記拡張状態において、前記バルーンは円錐状に形成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記バルーンの先端側区域は陥入している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記バルーンの先端側区域は半透過性である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
