プロテアソーム阻害により黄色蛍光タンパク質(YFP)を蓄積するように遺伝子操作されているレポーター細胞系MelJuSo Ub‐YFP(12)を化合物評価に使用した。YFPの蓄積は、自動化蛍光発光顕微鏡であるIncuCyte‐FLR システム (Essen Bioscience, Essen, UK)中で48時間測定した。視野当たり正の細胞の数をプロテアソーム阻害の尺度として使用した。
