Claims (24)
- 少なくとも1つ以上の凹線部が形成された金属プレートと、
前記凹線部内に接合された半田パターンと、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池用部品。 - 前記凹線部の内側に位置する底部の幅が前記金属プレートの幅より狭く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記底部が、前記金属プレートの幅方向に沿って不連続的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記凹線部が、直線形、ジグザグ形、鋸歯形、及び波形のいずれか1つまたはこれらを組み合わせたパターンを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記凹線部が、連続線または不連続線パターンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記凹線部が、前記金属プレートの上部表面及び下部表面の1つ以上に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記半田パターンが、スズ及び銅を主成分として含み、鉛を含まない無鉛半田物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記スズの含量は65〜99.9重量%であり、銅の含量は0.01〜35重量%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記半田パターンが、ニッケル、亜鉛、及び銀から選択された少なくとも1つ以上の追加金属をさらに含む半田物質からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記追加金属の含量が0.01〜20重量%であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記半田パターンが、100〜250℃の融点を有する半田物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記半田パターンの断面が、四角形、三角形、台形、半楕円、及び半円のいずれか1つまたはこれらを組み合わせた形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 前記半田パターンを被覆する絶縁テープをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用部品。
- 正極リード及び負極リードが電気的に結合された電極組立体と、
前記正極リード及び前記負極リードの一部が外部に露出するように前記電極組立体を密封する包装材と、を含み、
前記正極リード及び前記負極リードの少なくとも1つに請求項1ないし請求項13のうちいずれか1項に記載の二次電池用部品が適用されたことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 複数の二次電池が電気的に連結された組立二次電池装置において、
隣接する二次電池を電気的に連結するコネクタを含み、
前記コネクタに請求項1ないし請求項13のうちいずれか1項に記載の二次電池用部品が適用されたことを特徴とする組立二次電池装置。 - 複数の二次電池で構成された2つ以上の二次電池モジュールに備えられた外部端子をコネクタで連結して構成した組立二次電池装置において、
前記コネクタ及び前記外部端子の少なくとも1つに請求項1ないし請求項13のうちいずれか1項に記載の二次電池用部品が適用されたことを特徴とする組立二次電池装置。 - 複数の二次電池モジュールで構成された2つ以上の二次電池パックに備えられた外部端子をコネクタで連結して構成した組立二次電池装置において、
前記コネクタ及び前記外部端子の少なくとも1つに請求項1ないし請求項13のうちいずれか1項に記載の二次電池用部品が適用されたことを特徴とする組立二次電池装置。 - 金属プレートの表面に少なくとも1つ以上の凹線部を形成する第1段階と、
前記凹線部内に半田パターンを形成する第2段階と、を含むことを特徴とする二次電池用部品の製造方法。 - 前記第1段階において、前記凹線部がエッチング技術、切削技術、スクラッチング技術、電磁気的ビームを用いたエッチング技術、及びスカイビング技術のいずれか1つによって形成することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の二次電池用部品の製造方法。
- 前記第1段階において、前記凹線部が前記金属プレートの上部表面及び下部表面の1つ以上に形成することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の二次電池用部品の製造方法。
- 前記半田パターン上に絶縁テープを被覆する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の二次電池用部品の製造方法。
- 前記第2段階が、前記凹線部に形成された領域に半田物質を配置する段階と、
前記半田物質に熱エネルギーを印加しながら加圧する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の二次電池用部品の製造方法。 - 前記半田物質が、前記凹線部の形状に対応する断面構造を有する半田ワイヤ、又は、半田パウダーが分散した半田ペーストであることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の二次電池用部品の製造方法。
- 前記熱エネルギーが、熱伝導方式、超音波振動方式、電磁気的ビームの照射方式、及び電磁気的誘導方式のいずれか1つ、又は、これらを組み合わせた方式で印加されることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の二次電池用部品の製造方法。
