Claims (11)
- 入口と出口との間に延在する空気流通路を備える筺体と、
前記筺体の内部に配置されて前記筺体に固定されたモータ・ステータ組立品と、
前記モータ・ステータ組立品に対する所定の位置で前記筺体に取り付けられた軸受組立品と、
軸、前記軸の一方の周縁端部に取り付けられた羽根車、及び前記軸の中間部分に取り付けられた磁石を備え、前記軸の他方の周縁端部が前記軸受組立品に受け入れられるロータ組立品と、
前記筺体と係合し、前記モータ・ステータ組立品を包囲するオーバーモールド材料と
を備える電動送風機組立品。 - 前記オーバーモールド材料が熱可塑性エラストマである、請求項1に記載された電動送風機組立品。
- 前記オーバーモールド材料が所定の熱膨張係数を有する、請求項1に記載された電動送風機組立品。
- 前記オーバーモールド材料が所定の熱伝導率を有する、請求項1に記載された電動送風機組立品。
- 前記オーバーモールド材料が、前記送風機組立品によって発生させられる振動を低減するための所定の振動吸収特性を有する、請求項1に記載された電動送風機組立品。
- 前記筺体は、上方筺体部および下方筺体部を備え、前記上方筺体部と前記下方筺体部との間に位置決めされたガスケットをさらに備える、請求項1に記載された電動送風機組立品。
- 前記モータ・ステータ組立品が電気端子を備え、該電気端子は前記モールド材料によって一部包囲される、請求項1に記載された電動送風機組立品。
- 前記オーバーモールド材料が前記筺体内に射出成形されている、請求項1に記載された電動送風機組立品。
- 電動送風機組立品の一部を製作する方法であって、
内部に第1の筺体部空洞を画定する相補的な型の両半体を備える第1の型を準備するステップと、
第1の筺体部を形成するために前記第1の型の空洞に材料を射出するステップと、
前記第1の型の両半体を離して前記第1の型を開けるステップと、
前記第1の筺体部を、開けられた前記第1の型から取り外すステップと、
内部にステータ組立品空洞を画定する相補的な型の両半体を備える第2の型を準備するステップと、
前記第2の型の両半体を互いから離して前記第2の型を開けるステップと、
前記第1の筺体部を前記第2の型の両半体のうちの一方の空洞内に配置するステップと、
ステータ組立品及び軸受組立品を準備するステップと、
前記ステータ組立品及び前記軸受組立品を前記第2の型の両半体のうちの他方に配置するステップと、
前記第1の筺体部、前記ステータ組立品、及び前記軸受組立品を互いに対して正確に位置決めするために、及び、第2の型空洞を前記第2の型の両半体の間に画定するために、前記第2の型の両半体を互いに向かって移動させて前記第2の型を閉じるステップと、
前記ステータ組立品及び前記軸受組立品を前記第1の筺体部内にオーバーモールド成形するために、熱可塑性材料を前記第2の型空洞に射出するステップと、
前記第2の型の両半体を離して前記第2の型を開けるステップと、
前記第1の筺体部、およびオーバーモールド成形された前記ステータ組立品及び前記軸受組立品を取り外すステップと
を含み、それによって電動送風機組立品の一部を製作する、方法。 - 第2の筺体部を準備するステップと、
入口と出口との間に延在する空気流通路を備える電動送風機組立品を提供するために、前記第2の筺体部を前記第1の筺体部に接合するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載された方法。 - 前記第1の筺体部、前記ステータ組立品、及び前記軸受組立品は、前記第2の型に約±0.0127mm(約±0.0005インチ)の精度で配置される、請求項9に記載された方法。
