Claims (8)
- 複数行のゲートラインと複数列のデータラインとの交差によって定義される複数の副画素部を備え、各行のゲートラインが一つのゲートドライブ信号を提供するための駆動部に接続される、薄膜トランジスタ液晶ディスプレイ(TFT−LCD)パネルであって、
各列の副画素部の両側には、当該列の画素部にデータ信号を提供するための第1データラインと第2データラインとがそれぞれ設置され、
各列の隣接する二つの副画素部はそれぞれ前記第1データラインと第2データラインとに接続され、
二つの駆動部のそれぞれは同一のゲートドライブ信号を提供し、且つそのうちの一つの駆動部は奇数行のゲートラインに接続され、他の一つの駆動部は偶数行のゲートラインに接続されることを特徴とするTFT−LCDパネル。 - 前記同一のゲートドライブ信号を提供する二つの駆動部が、隣接するゲートラインに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のTFT−LCDパネル。
- 隣接するゲートラインに接続される二つの駆動部が、それぞれパネルの両側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のTFT−LCDパネル。
- 前記駆動部がGOA駆動部であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のTFT−LCDパネル。
- 請求項1に記載の薄膜トランジスタ液晶ディスプレイ(TFT−LCD)パネルの各副画素部を充電するためのTFT−LCDパネルの駆動方法であって、
ゲートドライブ信号が到着したとき、同一のゲートドライブ信号を提供する二つの駆動部は自身に接続される二行のゲートラインを同時にオンにし、各列の副画素部の両側に設置された第1データラインと第2データラインとは、それぞれ、自身に接続される副画素部を充電し、前記二行のゲートラインに接続する副画素部が同時に充電されるようにするステップを有することを特徴とするTFT−LCDパネルの駆動方法。 - 前記同一のゲートドライブ信号を提供する二つの駆動部が、隣接するゲートラインに接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のTFT−LCDパネルの駆動方法。
- 前記駆動部がGOA駆動部であることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のTFT−LCDパネルの駆動方法。
- パネル上のすべての副画素部の充電が完了するまで繰り返しスキャンするステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項5ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のTFT−LCDパネルの駆動方法。
