Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 自動車用継手構造の製造方法であって、少なくとも2つの形材要素(20、22)が金型(28)内に挿入され、プラスチック結節部要素(38)によって互いに接続され、該プラスチック結節部要素が前記金型(28)内で硬化される製造方法において、
−前記形材要素(20、22)の対応する接続範囲(16、18)のための各アタッチメント(12、14)を備えた繊維半製品(10)を製造する工程と、
−前記形材要素(20、22)の前記接続範囲(16、18)を繊維半製品(10)の各アタッチメント(12、14)と接続する工程と、
−プラスチックをトランスファー成形プロセス中にそのために備えられた前記金型(28)のフォルム範囲(36)内に射出することで前記プラスチック結節部要素(38)を製造する工程とを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記金型(28)のフォルム範囲(36)に射出するためのプラスチックとして樹脂又は繊維強化プラスチックが使用されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法であって、
アタッチメント(12、14)として各アタッチメント開口部が前記繊維半製品(10)内に備えられていることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
形材要素(20、22)として開いた形材又は中空形材が使用されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、
前記プラスチック結節部要素(38)が特に自動車ボディ(50)又は可動の開き扉のフレーム要素として形成されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 少なくとも2つの形材要素(20、22)を備え、該形材要素が硬化したプラスチック結節部要素(38)によって互いに接続されている自動車用継手構造であって、前記プラスチック結節部要素がトランスファー成形プロセス中にプラスチックを有する繊維半製品(10)によって形成されることを特徴とする、継手構造。
- 請求項6に記載の継手構造であって、前記繊維半製品(10)の各アタッチメント(12、14)が前記形材要素(20、22)の対応する接続範囲(16、18)と直接接続されていることを特徴とする、継手構造。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の継手構造であって、
前記形材要素(20、22)が開いた形材又は中空形材から形成されていることを特徴とする、継手構造。 - 請求項6〜8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の継手構造であって、
前記形材要素(20、22)が、金属合金、特に軽金属合金又は特に繊維強化プラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とする、継手構造。 - 請求項6〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の継手構造であって、
前記プラスチック結節部要素(38)が特に自動車ボディ(50)又は可動の開き扉のフレーム要素として形成されていることを特徴とする、継手構造。
