Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの装飾品(1)が嵌め込まれる時計の外側要素(4)を製造する方法であって、以下の一連のステップ:
a)前部(2)及び後部(3)からなる前記装飾品(1)を準備するステップであって、前記前部及び後部はそれぞれ前記外側要素から露出し、前記外側要素の前記装飾品の固着手段の役割をするように形成する、ステップ;
b)前記外側要素(4)の外形寸法に作製したマスター型(5)を準備するステップであって、前記マスター型は前記装飾品(1)の前記前部(2)に適合するパターンキャビティ(6)を有する、ステップ;
c)前記マスター型(5)に前記装飾品(1)を配置するステップであって、前記装飾品(1)の前記前部(2)が前記マスター型(5)に形成された前記パターンキャビティ(6)に装填される、ステップ;
d)所望の前記外側要素(4)を得るために、金属(7)のガルバニ堆積によって前記マスター型を充填するステップ;
e)得られた前記外側要素(4)を前記マスター型(5)から取り外すステップ
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記マスター型(5)が金属製であり、前記ステップc)の前に、前記マスター型(5)をケミカルパッシベーションによって処理するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マスター型(5)が非導電性材料製であり、前記ステップc)の前に、前記マスター型(5)を金属化させるステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾品(1)が金属であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾品(1)が非導電性材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾品(1)の前記前部(2)の背部(9)は、前記外側要素(4)の前記金属(7)によって保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾品(1)の前記後部(3)は、保持用の頸部(10)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7に定義された前記方法のいずれかによって製造される、時計の外側要素(4)であって、
腕時計の文字盤であることを特徴とする、時計の外側要素(4)。 - 前記文字盤は、時間を表示する複数の装飾品(1)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の時計の外側要素(4)。
