Claims (23)
- 自動注入器(100)のための作動機構(10)であって、前記作動機構(10)が、第1の作動スプリング(102)と、第1の作動ピル(104)と、第2の作動スプリング(106)と、第2の作動ピル(108)とを備え、初期構成において、前記第1の作動スプリング(102)が、実質的に前記第1の作動ピル(104)の上部内で圧縮されたエネルギー蓄積状態にあり、前記第2の作動スプリング(106)が、前記第1の作動ピル(104)と前記第2の作動ピル(108)との間で圧縮されたエネルギー蓄積状態にある、作動機構(10)。
- 前記第1の作動ピル(104)および前記第2の作動ピル(108)が、前記第1の作動ピル(104)の1つ以上のコネクタ突起(104B)と前記第2の作動ピル(108)の1つ以上のそれぞれの接続ブリッジ(108B)との間の係合によって取り外し可能に接続される、請求項1に記載の作動機構(10)。

- 前記第1の作動ピル(104)および前記第2の作動ピル(108)が略円筒状である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の作動機構(10)。

- 前記ハウジング(14,16)が上側ハウジング(14)と下側ハウジング(16)とを備え、前記上側ハウジング(14)、前記下側ハウジング(16)、前記第1の作動ピル(104)、および、前記第2の作動ピル(108)が略円筒状である、請求項8に記載の自動注入器(100)。
- 前記第1の作動ピル(104)が、前記第1の作動ピル(104)の基端に、前記ハウジング(14,16)の内側基端のロックプラトー(14B)と最初に係合する1つ以上のロックフック(104A)を有する、請求項8または9に記載の自動注入器(100)。
- 前記起動機構(12)が、前記ロックフック(104A)を前記ハウジング(14,16)の前記ロックプラトー(14B)から離脱させるように、前記第1の作動ピル(104)の前記1つ以上のロックフック(104A)と係合できる、請求項10に記載の自動注入器(100)。
- 前記第1の作動ピル(104)および前記第2の作動ピル(108)が、前記ハウジング(14,16)内にあるとともに、前記第1の作動ピル(104)の1つ以上のコネクタ突起(104B)と前記第2の作動ピル(108)の1つ以上のそれぞれの接続ブリッジ(108B)との間の係合によって互いに取り外し可能に接続される、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器(100)。
- 前記1つ以上のコネクタ突起(104B)がそれぞれ、前記ハウジング(14,16)の内面に沿う長手方向チャネルと接続する突出部(104D)を有する、請求項12に記載の自動注入器(100)。
- 前記ハウジング(14,16)の内面上に1つ以上の凹部(16D)を更に備え、前記コネクタ突起(104B)の前記突出部(104D)が前記凹部(16D)と接続すると、前記凹部(16D)内への前記突出部(104D)の拡張により、前記第1の作動ピル(104)の前記1つ以上のコネクタ突起(104B)が、前記第2の作動ピル(108)の前記1つ以上のそれぞれの接続ブリッジ(108B)から離脱できる、請求項13に記載の自動注入器(100)。
- 前記シリンジカートリッジ(20)が、引き込み可能なニードル(40)を備える引き込み可能なシリンジである、請求項8〜14のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器(100)。
- 前記プランジャ(200)が、前記ニードルの引き込みを容易にするように前記ニードルと係合できる、請求項15に記載の自動注入器(100)。
- 前記引き込みが付勢部材(270)によって促進される、請求項16に記載の自動注入器(100)。
- 前記プランジャ(200)が、スプリング(270)である付勢部材(270)と、プランジャ内部(210)と、プランジャ外部(220)と、1つ以上のロック部材(227)とを備え、前記プランジャ内部(210)および前記プランジャ外部(220)が、前記付勢部材(270)を解放可能に初期のエネルギー蓄積状態に維持するように協働し、引き込み可能な前記ニードル(40)が、前記プランジャ内部(210)によって係合可能なカニューレ(410)およびニードル本体(420)を備える、請求項8〜17のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器(100)。
- 請求項8〜17のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器(100)を組み立てる方法であって、該方法が、
(i)第1の作動ピル(104)と第2の作動ピル(108)との間で第2の作動スプリング(106)を圧縮するとともに、前記第1の作動ピル(104)の1つ以上のコネクタ突起(104B)と前記第2の作動ピル(108)の1つ以上のそれぞれの接続ブリッジ(108B)とを取り外し可能に係合させることによって前記第2の作動スプリング(106)を圧縮されたエネルギー蓄積状態にロックするステップと、
(ii)第1の作動スプリング(102)をハウジング(14,16)内に挿入するとともに、前記第1の作動ピル(104)の1つ以上のロックフック(104A)と前記ハウジング(14,16)のロックプラトー(14B)とを取り外し可能に係合させることによって前記ハウジング(14,16)と前記第1の作動ピル(104)との間で前記第1の作動スプリング(102)を圧縮するステップであって、前記第1の作動スプリング(102)が、実質的に前記第1の作動ピル(104)の上部内で圧縮されたエネルギー蓄積状態に最初に維持される、ステップと、
(iii)プランジャ(200)とニードルアセンブリ(40)とを備えるシリンジカートリッジ(20)を、前記プランジャ(200)の基端が前記第2の作動ピル(108)と接触するように前記ハウジング(14,16)内へ挿入するステップと
を備える方法。 - 起動機構(12)を前記ハウジング(14,16)に取り付けるステップを更に備え、前記起動機構(12)が、起動時に前記第1の作動ピル(104)の前記1つ以上のロックフック(104A)と接触するように構成される、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 請求項8〜17のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入器(100)を動作させる方法であって、該方法が、
(i)第1の作動ピル(104)の1つ以上のロックフック(104A)をハウジング(14,16)のロックプラトー(14B)から離脱させるステップであって、そのような離脱により、第1の作動スプリング(102)が、その初期のエネルギー蓄積状態からほぼ前記ハウジング(14,16)の長手方向軸線に沿って拡張できる、ステップと、
(ii)前記第1の作動ピル(104)の1つ以上のコネクタ突起(104B)を第2の作動ピル(108)の対応する接続ブリッジ(108B)から離脱させるステップであって、そのような離脱により、第2の作動スプリング(106)が、その初期のエネルギー蓄積状態からほぼ前記ハウジング(14,16)の長手方向軸線に沿って拡張できる、ステップと、
