Claims (22)
- 互いに連結された蓄電セル(5)の少なくとも1つのスタック(3,4)を備え、隣接する蓄電セル(5)の少なくとも2つのセル極板(18)が、好ましくは少なくとも1つのセルコネクタ(19,20)によって、電気的に互いに接続され、少なくとも1つのセル極板(18)とセルコネクタ(19,20)との接続及び/又は少なくとも1つのセル極板(18)と少なくとも1つのバスバーとの接続及び/又は2つのセル極板(18)の直接的な接続が、少なくとも1つの好ましくは冷間表面プレスされたクリンチ接合接続部(21)によって形成される蓄電デバイス(1)、好ましくは電気自動車用の蓄電デバイス(1)、特に高電圧バッテリ、特に二次電池であって、少なくとも1つのセルコネクタ(19,20)がU字形のプロファイル又はY字形のプロファイルを有することを特徴とする蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 前記クリンチ接合接続部(21)が、数個の隣接配置されたジョイント(21a)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 前記ジョイント(21a)が、上下に配置される数個の列に配置され、好ましくは互いにずらして配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 前記クリンチ接合接続部(21)の少なくとも1つのジョイントが、平面視で円形、楕円形、矩形、又は三角形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのクリンチ接合接続部(21)が、気密封止されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのセル極板(18)、及び前記クリンチ接合接続部(21)によって前記セル極板(18)に接続された少なくとも1つのセルコネクタ(19,20)が、様々な金属材料によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのセルコネクタ(19,20)が、相互接続されたセル極板(18)のセル極板によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのセルコネクタ(19,20)が、前記セル極板(18)とは異なるセルコネクタ要素(ZV)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのセルコネクタ(19,20)が、2つの異なる金属材料によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- U字形のプロファイルを備えるセルコネクタ(19,20)及びY字形のプロファイルを備えるセルコネクタ(19,20)が、連続する蓄電セル(5)間に交互に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 隣接する蓄電セル(5)の少なくとも2つのセル極板(18)が、少なくとも1つのクリンチ接合接続部(21)によって互いに直接接続され、好ましくはY字形のセルコネクタ(19)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのクリンチ接合接続部(21)が、冷却空気チャネル(27)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのクリンチ接合接続部(21)が、前記冷却空気チャネル(17)の冷却空気フロー内に突出する少なくとも1つのジョイント(21a)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのクリンチ接合接続部(21)の少なくとも1つのジョイント(21a)が、乱流を生じるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのセル極板(18)を備える少なくとも1つのセル電圧モニタリングケーブル(22)も前記クリンチ接合接続部(21)を用いて導電的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 前記蓄電デバイス(1)が、一次電池、二次電池、コンデンサ、又は燃料電池であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの蓄電セル(5)がポーチセルによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも2つのセル極板(18)が異なる厚みを有し、好ましくは少なくとも1つのセル極板(18)が互いに接続された別のセル極板層によって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至17のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのセル極板(18)が電気めっき層、好ましくはニッケルコーティングを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至18のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの電圧タッピング要素(31)が、好ましくはクリンチ接合接続部(21)を用いて、少なくとも1つのセル極板(18)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至19のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 前記電圧タッピング要素(31)が前記クリンチ接合接続部(21)の全領域に渡って延出することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの好ましくはU字形のセルコネクタ(19)は、少なくとも2つのセル極板(18)間に架かる帯状領域(19b)に少なくとも1つの取付け開口(35)を備え、好ましくは前記クリンチ接合接続部(21)が、前記取付け開口(35)と前記蓄電セル(5)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至21のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電デバイス(1)。
