- アリール基を有するシリコーン樹脂であり、上記シリコーン樹脂に含まれている全体ケイ素原子に対する上記アリール基のモル比が0.3を超過し、下記化学式1または2のシロキサン単位を含むシリコーン樹脂;及び耐光性付与剤を含む樹脂層を有する光電池用シート:

- 上記耐光性付与剤が紫外線吸収剤及び光安定剤を含む、請求項1に記載の光電池用シート。
- 上記耐光性付与剤は、上記紫外線吸収剤100重量部に対して10重量部〜70重量部の上記光安定剤を含む、請求項13に記載の光電池用シート。
- 上記樹脂層は、光散乱性または光反射性粒子をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の光電池用シート。
- 上記光散乱性または光反射性粒子が、ガラス、アルミナ、チタニア、ジルコニア、酸化セリウム、酸化ハフニウム、五酸化ニオブ、五酸化タンタル、酸化インジウム、酸化錫、酸化インジウム錫、酸化亜鉛、ケイ素系粒子、硫化亜鉛、硫酸バリウム、炭酸カルシウム、酸化チタン及び酸化マグネシウムよりなる群から選択された1つ以上である、請求項15に記載の光電池用シート。
- アリール基を有するシリコーン樹脂であり、上記シリコーン樹脂に含まれている全体ケイ素原子に対する上記アリール基のモル比が0.3を超過し、下記化学式1または2のシロキサン単位を含むシリコーン樹脂またはその前駆体を含む液状コーティング液を使用して樹脂層を形成することを含む光電池用シートの製造方法:

(上記化学式1及び2で、R1及びR2は、それぞれ独立して、水素、ヒドロキシ基、エポキシ基、アクリロイル基、メタクリロイル基、イソシアネート基、アルコキシ基または1価炭化水素基であり、且つR1及びR2のうち1つ以上は、アリール基であり、R3は、アリール基である)。 - 請求項1の光電池用シートと、基板と、上記光電池用シートと基板との間で素子をカプセル化している封止材とを含む光電池モジュール。
