Abstract
Description
(a)少なくとも1つのプロピレンコポリマーおよび任意に少なくとも1つのオレフィンホモポリマーを含む層、好ましくは表面層と、
(b)少なくとも1つのオレフィン/アルキルアクリレートまたはメタクリレート((meth)acrylate)を含む少なくとも1つの内層と、
(c)少なくとも1つのプロピレンコポリマーおよび任意に少なくとも1つのオレフィンホモポリマーを含む層、好ましくは第2の表面層と、
任意に、前記層(a)と前記層(b)との間または前記層(b)と前記層(c)との間にそれぞれ配置された接着促進剤としての層(d)または層(e)と
を備える多層フィルムを提供することにより達成される。
プロピレンコポリマー:Dow Chemicals製のプロピレン−エチレンコポリマー(エチレン含有量:7〜9%)。
マスターバッチ1:ポリマー成分として約50重量%のポリエチレンを含むSchulman製のカラーマスターバッチ。
エチレン−ブチルアクリレートコポリマー:Lucobit製のエチレン−ブチルアクリレートコポリマー(ブチルアクリレート含有量は約17%)。
比較例CE1およびCE2並びに実施例IE1の多層フィルムは、それぞれ、3つの層およびポリシロキサンコーティングから成り、それぞれ、45μmの全層厚を有する。層(a)および(c)の厚さは、それぞれ12μm、層(b)の厚さは20μm、コーティングの厚さは1μmである。多層フィルムの個々の層はそれぞれ、それらの層が以下の表に列挙されている順序で互いに直接に隣接している。比較例CE1およびCE2並びに実施例IE1の多層フィルムの個々の層(a)、(b)および(c)はそれぞれ、厚さ1μmのキュアされたポリシロキサンコーティングを有する表面層を設けている。
以下のデータの%は全て重量%である。
引き裂き伝播抵抗は、ISO6383−2に準拠して決定し、全層厚45μmの多層フィルムで測定した引き裂き伝播力として[mN]の単位で記載した。
寸法変化は、DIN53377に準拠して、120℃の油浴内の1分間の滞在時間に基づいて決定し、マシン方向(MD)およびマシン方向に垂直なクロス方向(CD)において、百分率で示す変化として記載した。
Claims (14)
- 45μmの全厚を有する多層フィルムで測定された少なくとも300mNの引き裂き伝播抵抗を有し、(MDおよびCDの両方において)120℃で1%以下の収縮率を有し、剥離特性を有する多層フィルムであって、
(a)少なくとも1つのプロピレンコポリマーおよび任意に少なくとも1つのオレフィンホモポリマーを含む層、好ましくは表面層と、
(b)少なくとも1つのオレフィン/アルキルアクリレートまたはメタクリレートを含む少なくとも1つの内層と、
(c)少なくとも1つのプロピレンコポリマーおよび任意に少なくとも1つのオレフィンホモポリマーを含む層、好ましくは第2の表面層と、
任意に、前記層(a)と前記層(b)との間または前記層(b)と前記層(c)との間にそれぞれ配置された接着促進剤としての層(d)または層(e)と
を備える多層フィルムにおいて、
この多層フィルムの前記表面層の少なくとも1つが剥離特性を有することを特徴とする多層フィルム。 - 前記層(a)および前記層(c)が、同一の層構造、好ましくは同一の層厚および/または同一のポリマー成分の組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層フィルム。
- 同一であるか又は互いに異なる前記層(a)および前記層(c)が、プロピレンと、好ましくは2つまたは4〜8つの炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンとの少なくとも1つのコポリマー、好ましくは少なくとも1つのエチレン−プロピレンコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(a)または前記層(c)が、少なくとも1つのプロピレン−エチレンコポリマーであって、それぞれ、前記プロピレン−エチレンコポリマーの全重量に基づいて最大15重量%、好ましくは1〜10重量%、より好ましくは5〜10重量%のエチレンユニットを有するプロピレン−エチレンコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(a)または前記層(c)が、前記層(a)または前記層(c)の全重量に基づいて最大15重量%の少なくとも1つのプロピレンホモポリマーまたはエチレンホモポリマーを含み、前記層(a)または前記層(c)の前記ポリマー成分が、それぞれ、常に100重量%でなければならないことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(b)が、1〜8つ炭素原子を有する少なくとも1つのα、β−不飽和オレフィンと、C1〜C6−アルキルアクリレートまたはメタクリレートを含み、好ましくは少なくとも1つのエチレン/エチルアクリレートまたはメタクリレートコポリマー、1つのエチレン/プロピルアクリレートまたはメタクリレートコポリマー、または少なくとも1つのエチレン/ブチルアクリレートまたはメタクリレートコポリマーを含み、より好ましくは少なくとも1つのエチレン/ブチルアクリレートコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記層(d)または前記層(e)が、それぞれ、少なくとも1つの変性熱硬化性オレフィンホモポリマーまたはコポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムが共押出インフレーション成形により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の多層フィルム。
- 前記多層フィルムの少なくとも1つの表面層が、剥離特性を提供するために、好ましくはエンボス加工された表面トポグラフィーまたは好ましくはエンボス加工されておらず発泡成形に起因して平らでない表面構造を有するキュアされたポリシロキサンコーティングを有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の多層フィルム
- 除去可能な剥離および/または保護フィルムとしての請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の多層フィルムの使用。
- 接着性または粘着性製品のための請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の除去可能な剥離および/または保護フィルム。
- 前記製品が、接着テープまたはラベルを締め付ける締め付け組成物であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の除去可能な剥離および/または保護フィルム。
- 前記締め付け組成物が、防水性シート材料、好ましくは屋根の保護カバーのための瀝青組成物であることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の除去可能な剥離および/または保護フィルム。
- 除去可能な剥離および/または保護フィルムとしての請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の多層フィルムを備えた防水性シート材料、好ましくは防水性瀝青シート材料。
