Abstract
【解決手段】それぞれ複数の空隙を有する1以上の断熱素材シートを含む補強断熱材であって、前記シートが操作可能に互いに接続されて積層構造をなし、前記空隙が互いに結合されて、接着材料または合成材料の挿入のための円筒形状または直線状の通路を形成し、シートを接着して積層構造または挟み込み構造とした補強断熱材である。空隙は、円形、正方形、矩形、その他適切な形状など、様々な形状とすることができ、積層シートが形成されると、空隙が整列し、材料や目釘の挿入が可能となり、補強組立体が形成される。層は、パイプに外嵌する半円形など、様々な形状に形成したり、材料ブロックとして形成したりすることができる。完成した組立体は、圧縮力に耐え、パイプに外嵌させたり、タンクの下に配置したりして、断熱を提供する。

Claims (20)
- a)それぞれ複数の空隙を有する1以上の断熱素材シートであって、操作可能に互いに接続されて積層構造をなす断熱素材シートを含み、
b)各シートの複数の空隙が、前記積層構造に略円筒領域を形成する結合パターンで配向されており、
c)合成材料が、各シートの前記複数の空隙に挿入されて、前記シートを互いに接続する補強断熱材。 - 前記断熱素材が、エアロゲルである請求項1の補強断熱材。
- 前記積層構造が、略半円形状の部材へと形成されている請求項1の補強断熱材。
- 前記積層構造が、直線状なブロックへと形成されている請求項1の補強断熱材。
- 前記複数の空隙が、略直線状である請求項1の補強断熱材。
- 前記複数に空隙が、略円形である請求項1の補強断熱材。
- 前記複数の空隙に挿入された補強ロッドを更に含む請求項1の補強断熱材。
- a)それぞれ複数の空隙を有する複数の挟み込み断熱素材シートを含み、
b)一体的に接続された時に円筒形の空隙を形成するような結合パターンで、各シートの複数の空隙が、他のシートの複数の空隙に対して配向されており、
c)合成材料が、各シートの前記複数の空隙に挿入されて、前記シートを接続する補強断熱材。 - 前記空隙内に付与された合成材料を更に含む請求項8の補強断熱材。
- 前記円筒形の空隙に挿入された目釘を更に含む請求項8の補強断熱材。
- 前記シートの間に部分的に挿入された接着材料を更に含む請求項8の補強断熱材。
- 前記挟み込みシートが、略半円形状に形成された請求項8の補強断熱材。
- 前記挟み込みシートの少なくとも1つの端縁上に設けられた端部ブロックを更に含む請求項8の補強断熱材。
- 各シートにハニカムパターンで構成された複数の空隙を更に含む請求項8の補強断熱材。
- a)それぞれ空隙を有する1以上の断熱素材シートであって、操作可能に互いに接続された断熱素材シートを含み、
b)一体的に接続された時に3次元の空隙を形成するような結合パターンで、各シートの空隙が、他のシートの空隙に対して配向されており、
c)合成材料が、各シートの前記空隙に挿入されて、前記シートを接続する補強断熱材。 - 前記シート間に付与された合成材料を更に含む請求項15の補強断熱材。
- 前記3次元の空隙が、前記接続されたシートの内面および外面において略湾曲している請求項15の補強断熱材。
- 略矩形の補強材料のブロックを更に含む請求項15の補強断熱材。
- 前記シートにおいて、相互に結合可能に配向された複数の空隙を更に含む請求項15の補強断熱材。
- 前記シートが、半円形状に構成されている請求項15の補強断熱材。
