Abstract
Description
− 稼働圧力を供給するための第1圧力領域と、
− 第2圧力領域と、
− 運動範囲において動くことができ且つ第1圧力領域と第2圧力領域との間の圧力差に依存して動くことができるピストンと、
を備え、
減衰装置が設けられ、減衰装置は、ピストンが第2圧力領域に向かって動く場合に、運動範囲の所定セクションにおいてピストンの運動に対する、終端位置減衰とも称される追加的な減衰を提供し、追加的な減衰が自動的に設定される。
Claims (9)
- − 稼働圧力を供給するための第1圧力領域(3)と、
− 第2圧力領域(4)と、
− 運動範囲において動くことができ且つ前記第1圧力領域(3)と前記第2圧力領域(4)との間の圧力差に依存して動くことができるピストン(2)と、
− 前記ピストン(2)が前記第2圧力領域(4)に向かって動く場合に、前記運動範囲の所定セクション(D)において前記ピストン(2)の運動に対する追加的な減衰を提供する減衰装置であって、前記追加的な減衰が自動的に設定される、減衰装置と、
を備える、
電気スイッチ、特に高電圧スイッチを作動させるための油圧機械式駆動部用の差動シリンダ(1)において、
前記減衰装置は、減衰チャンバ(11)を有し、該減衰チャンバ(11)の底部にはオイル通路(9,13)が配置され、所定位置にしっかりと固定され且つバネ特性を有する閉鎖要素(12)が前記オイル通路(9,13)の下部に配置され、且つ所定位置にしっかりと固定された前記閉鎖要素(12)は、該閉鎖要素(12)によって閉じられた前記オイル通路(13)上に広がる減衰圧力にさらされ且つ前記減衰圧力を調整することを特徴とする差動シリンダ。 - 所定位置にしっかりと固定された前記閉鎖要素(12)は、バネ座金として実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の差動シリンダ。
- 前記減衰装置は、前記ピストン(2)から前記第2圧力領域(4)の反対端で減衰チャンバ(11)を有し、且つ前記第2圧力領域に向かって前記ピストン(2)上で突出した減衰ピン(10)を有し、
前記減衰ピン(10)及び前記減衰チャンバ(11)は、前記減衰ピン(10)が、前記運動範囲の所定セクション(D)において前記減衰チャンバ(11)内に突出し、且つ従って前記減衰チャンバ(11)から前記第2圧力領域(4)を分離するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の差動シリンダ。 - 前記減衰ピン(10)及び前記減衰チャンバ(11)は、前記減衰ピン(10)が前記減衰チャンバ(11)内に入った後に、所定の通路断面を有する余剰間隙(8)を残すように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の差動シリンダ。
- 前記所定の通路断面は、前記ピストン(2)の運動に対する所定の最大減衰をもたらすように選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の差動シリンダ。
- 前記ピストン(2)が前記第2圧力領域(4)に向かって前記運動範囲の前記所定セクション(D)内に動く場合に、前記ピストン(2)の運動方向に動くことができる前記閉鎖要素(15)は、前記減衰チャンバ(11)の底部で前記通路(9)の断面を閉じるか、または部分的に閉じることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の差動シリンダ。
- 前記オイル通路(9)の少なくとも1つの断面は、前記第2圧力領域に向かって前記ピストンが動く場合に、前記可動な閉鎖要素(15)が前記オイル通路(9)を閉じるように構成されており、前記さらなるオイル通路(13)の少なくとも1つの断面は、前記可動な閉鎖要素(15)が該オイル通路(13)を完全に閉じないように構成され、且つ従って、間隙(16)が形成され、前記間隙(16)を通って油圧流体が流れることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の差動シリンダ。
- 前記可動な閉鎖要素(15)と、前記ディスク状要素(15)によって完全にまたは部分的に閉じられる前記オイル通路(9)と、は、チェックバルブとして作用することを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の差動シリンダ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の差動シリンダ(1)を有する高電圧回路遮断器のための油圧機械式駆動部。
