Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 相互に対向するクツシヨン室及びこれらのク
    ツシヨン室の内周面に取付けたシールリングを有
    するシリンダと、該シリンダ内を往復動するピス
    トンと、その両側のピストンのストローク端近く
    においてシールリングに摺接してクツシヨン室に
    嵌入するクツシヨンリングと、ピストンで区画さ
    れた一対の圧力室と上記クツシヨン室とをそれぞ
    れ連通させる一対のバイパス流路と、直列に配設
    した流量調整弁とチエツク弁を有し各バイパス流
    路にそれぞれ設置した速度制御機構とを備え、上
    記２つのチエツク弁の流れ阻止方向を相互に反対
    とした、 ことを特徴とする速度制御機構付き流体圧シリン
    ダ。 ２ チエツク弁が、流体圧により流量調整弁また
    はバイパス流路に接離してバイパス流路を開閉す
    るリツプを有する、 ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載した速度制御機
    構付き流体圧シリンダ。
