Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 本体ブロツクを挟む一対のシリンダを備え、こ
    れらのシリンダ内を往復動する一対のピストンを
    上記本体ブロツクを気密に貫通させたロツドによ
    り互いに連結し、上記本体ブロツクに、入口ポー
    トから両ピストン内側の各増圧室への流体の流入
    のみを許容する入口チエツク弁と、各増圧室から
    出口ポートへの流体の流出のみを許容する出口チ
    エツク弁と、ピストンにより駆動されて両ピスト
    ン外側の各駆動室を、入口ポートと排気ポートと
    に切換えて連通させる切換弁とを設けた増圧装置
    において、 上記各入口チエツク弁が、チエツク弁ばねによ
    り弁座の閉鎖方向に付勢されたチエツク弁本体と
    、該チエツク弁本体に対して摺動可能で先端が増
    圧室内に突出する突子と、チエツク弁本体とその
    突子との間に縮設した補助ばねとを備えている、 ことを特徴とする増圧装置。
