Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 弁本体に移動可能な弁体を内蔵し、この弁体の
移動により流入口及び流出口に連通する弁座を開
閉する弁機構部と、 この弁機構部に付設され、上記弁体に接続した
小径ピストンをシリンダの小径部に移動自在に設
けるとともに、このシリンダの小径部に連通する
シリンダの大径部に上記小径ピストンに対する大
径ピストンを移動自在に設け、この大径ピストン
と小径ピストンの間に作動液体を封入した増幅機
構部と、 この増幅機構部に付設され、上記大径ピストン
の外側に大径ピストンを移動する圧電素子を配設
した駆動部と、 から成ることを特徴とする圧電素子弁。
