Claims (10)

  1. 試料における第2の流体中の第1の流体の濃度を決定するシステムであって、
    参照波長の第1のビームによって前記試料を通して伝達された放射の第1の強度、第1の波長の第2のビームによって前記試料を通して伝達された放射の第2の強度、前記参照波長の第3のビームによって前記試料を通して伝達された放射の第3の強度、および第2の波長の第4のビームによって前記試料を通して伝達された放射の第4の強度を検出する少なくとも1つのセンサと、
    前記少なくとも1つのセンサと通信して、前記検出された第1、第2、第3および第4の強度に基づいて、前記第2の流体中の前記第1の流体の濃度の値を計算するよう構成されたプロセッサと、
    を含むシステム。
  2. 前記システムは、さらに、前記プロセッサと通信して較正データを記憶する記憶装置と、前記プロセッサと通信して前記試料の温度を検出する温度センサとを含み、
    前記プロセッサは、(前記第2の強度/前記第1の強度)−(前記第4の強度/前記第3の強度)の値、前記検出された温度、および前記記憶された較正データに基づいて、前記第2の流体中の前記第1の流体の濃度の値を計算するよう構成されたものである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
  3. 前記第1および第2のビームは第1の経路長を含み、前記第3および第4のビームは、前記第1の経路長と異なる第2の経路長を含むものである、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
  4. 前記第1の波長は前記第1の流体の吸収ピークに対応し、前記第2の波長は前記第2の流体の吸収ピークに対応するものである、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のシステム。
  5. 前記参照波長は、前記第1および第3のビームが前記流体によって吸収されないように選択されたものである、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
  6. 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、放射して前記第1、第2、第3および第4の強度を検出する検出器および放射体の第1、第2、第3および第4のペアを含むものである、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
  7. 試料における第2の流体中の第1の流体の濃度を決定する方法であって、
    参照波長の第1のビームによって前記試料を通して伝達された放射の第1の強度を検出し、
    第1の波長の第2のビームによって前記試料を通して伝達された放射の第2の強度を検出し、
    前記参照波長の第3のビームによって前記試料を通して伝達された放射の第3の強度を検出し、
    第2の波長の第4のビームによって前記試料を通して伝達された放射の第4の強度を検出し、
    少なくとも部分的に前記検出された第1、第2、第3および第4の強度に基づいて、前記第2の流体中の前記第1の流体の濃度の値を求めること
    を含む方法。
  8. さらに、前記試料の温度を検出するステップと、
    記憶された較正データにアクセスするステップと、
    を含み、
    前記第2の流体中の前記第1の流体の濃度の値を求める前記ステップは、さらに、(前記第2の強度/前記第1の強度)−(前記第4の強度/前記第3の強度)の値と、前記検出された温度と、前記記憶された較正データとに基づくものである、請求項7に記載のシステム。
  9. 前記較正データは、
    (a)(i)前記参照波長、(ii)前記第1の流体の吸収ピークに対応する波長、および(iii)前記第2の流体の吸収ピークに対応する波長、を有する、前記第1の流体を通して伝達された放射の強度の各値と、
    (b)(i)前記参照波長、(ii)前記第1の流体の吸収ピークに対応する波長、および(iii)前記第2の流体の吸収ピークに対応する波長、を有する、前記第2の流体を通して伝達された放射の強度の各値と
    を表すデータを含むものである、請求項8に記載の方法。
  10. 前記較正データは、純粋な第1の流体強度データと純粋な第2の流体強度データの間の温度依存性の線形補間データを含むものである、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
