Claims (9)
- 一定速度の駆動アセンブリ(2)に少なくとも間接的に連結された入力軸(4)から、可変速度の作動機械(3)に少なくとも間接的に連結された出力軸(6)まで力を伝達する装置(1)であって、
流体力学的なコンバーター(20)と、
遊星歯車装置(11)として実施され、前記遊星歯車装置(11)の要素として、リングギヤ(12)、太陽歯車(13)、および複数の遊星歯車(15)を有する遊星キャリヤ(14)を備える、付加された伝動装置と
を有する装置において、
前記流体力学的なコンバーター(20)が逆回転コンバーターとして実施され、
前記入力軸(4)が前記流体力学的なコンバーター(20)のポンプホイール(7)および前記遊星歯車装置(11)の第1の要素(13)に直接連結され、
前記流体力学的なコンバーター(20)のタービンホイール(10)が前記遊星歯車装置の第2の要素(13)に直接連結され、
前記出力軸(6)が前記遊星歯車装置(11)の第3の要素(12)に連結されている
ことを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 前記第1の要素が前記遊星歯車装置(11)の前記遊星キャリヤ(14)であり、前記第2の要素が前記遊星歯車装置(11)の前記太陽歯車(13)であり、前記第3の要素が前記遊星歯車装置(11)の前記リングギヤ(12)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- ただ1つの遊星歯車(11)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。
- 歯車装置(5)が前記遊星歯車装置(11)と前記作動機械(3)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記タービンホイール(10)が中空軸(16)を介して前記太陽歯車(13)に連結されており、前記中空軸(16)を通って延びる前記入力軸(4)が、前記遊星歯車装置(11)の前記流体力学的なコンバーター(20)から離れた側で前記遊星キャリヤ(14)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記リングギヤ(12)が前記遊星歯車装置の前記流体力学的なコンバーター(20)から離れた側で前記出力軸(6)に少なくとも間接的に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記リングギヤ(12)、前記遊星歯車(15)、および、前記太陽歯車(13)が単一のはすば歯車として具体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記駆動アセンブリ(2)が電気モーターとして実施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記作動機械(3)が流体の搬送装置として、特に圧縮機、ポンプ、または、遠心ポンプとして実施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
