Claims (41)
- イベント又は場所において関心の物体を判定するシステムであって、
リモート携帯型画像キャプチャ装置からデータのリアルタイムストリームを受信すると共に該データを分析する能力を有する少なくとも1つのアプリケーションプログラムを稼働させるコンピュータと、
該受信したデータの少なくとも一部分を保存する能力を有するデータベースと、
を有し、該アプリケーションプログラムは、
該携帯型画像キャプチャ装置からの該リアルタイムデータストリーム内において、該携帯型画像キャプチャ装置がそれぞれの装置の画像キャプチャ能力を使用している際の該装置の地理的場所及びコンパス向首方向を該アプリケーションプログラムが判定できるようにする情報を受信し、
該複数の装置のそれぞれからの照準線が交差して潜在的な関心の物体を識別することができる場所を算出し、
該計算から、該潜在的な関心の物体と関連付けられたユーザのクラスタを識別し、
該クラスタ及び特定の関心の物体との間のその関連付けを保存する、
ように構成されている、システム。 - 該システムは、該複数の装置とは地理的に分離されており、且つ、該装置は、モバイル電話装置である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 該リアルタイムデータストリームは、該装置からのGPS座標及びコンパス向首方向を含み、且つ、該アプリケーションプログラムは、該装置からのGPS座標及びコンパス向首方向を使用した三角測量によって該装置の間の距離及び角度を判定することにより、該潜在的な関心の物体の該場所を算出する、請求項1に記載のシステム。

特定の場所に合焦していると判定された装置の数からユーザのクラスタを識別するステップと、
特定の時点又は期間においてそれぞれの場所に合焦している電子装置の比例数の統計計算を実行することにより、それぞれの場所における関心の量又は関心のモーメンタムを表す情報を生成するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 特定の時点においていずれの場所に狙いを定めるべきかに関する将来の判定のために該統計計算の結果を保存するステップを更に有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- イベント又は場所における物体における関心のレベルを判定するコンピュータ実装方法であって、
1つ又は複数の電子装置から送信されたデータのリアルタイムストリームをコンピュータシステムにおいて受信するステップであって、該電子装置は、該システムから離れている、ステップと、
該電子装置のそれぞれからの該データストリームを有するデータ値を該システム上において保存するステップであって、該データ値は、該送信している電子装置の少なくともGPS座標及びコンパス向首方向を有する、ステップと、
該GPS位置及びコンパス向首方向に基づいて該電子装置のそれぞれからの照準線を判定するステップと、
電子装置のペアの間における距離及び方向を判定するステップと、
三角測量を通じて該電子装置のペアの該照準線の交差の地点を算出するステップと、
電子装置のそれぞれの可能なペアごとにおける該距離及び方向の該判定と、三角測量を通じた電子装置のそれぞれの可能なペアの該照準線の該交差の地点の算出と、を反復し、該交差の地点の組を生成するステップと、
該組の該交差の地点の間の距離を分析して該地点の組がクラスタを形成している場所を判定するステップであって、該クラスタは、すべてのその他の地点から既定の距離以内に位置している地点の組である、ステップと、
該クラスタの形成の監視のために、クラスタの場所を第三者に送信するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 該地点の組の該分析を反復し、特定の時点においてクラスタを形成しているすべてのサブセットを識別するステップと、
特定のクラスタと関連付けられた関心の物体を識別するステップと、

該データベースを該1つ又は複数のサーバ上に保存するステップと、
特定の時点において又は期間にわたって該イベントの1つ又は複数の画像又はビデオをキャプチャするステップと、
該キャプチャされた画像又はビデオを該イベント又は場所を識別する該情報及びタイムスタンプとタグ付けするステップと、
該タグ付けされた画像及びメタデータを該サーバに送信するステップと、

一人又は複数のイベント出席者のモバイル装置からの入力に基づいて相対的に大きな関心を集めている該イベントにおける期間を判定するステップと、
