Claims (17)
- 供給口、排出口、反応器壁、および軸を有する反応器内に挿入され、
第1部分と、
前記第1部分に対し自由に移動することができる第2部分と、を備える、構造充填物。 - 前記第1部分が軸に近接して配され、
前記第2部分が前記第1部分と前記反応器壁との間に配されるように、前記第1部分および前記第2部分が前記反応器内に挿入される、請求項1に記載の構造充填物。 - 前記第2部分が前記反応器壁と接触している、請求項2に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記第2部分が、前記反応器内への挿入前には、前記反応器壁の内周より大きい外周長を有する、請求項2に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記第2部分の外周長が、前記反応器壁の内周より約1〜5%大きい、請求項4に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記第2部分が、前記反応器内への挿入前に、前記反応器壁の内周と等しい外周長を有する、請求項2に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記第2部分が、前記反応器内への挿入前に、前記反応器壁の内周より小さい外周長を有する、請求項2に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記第2部分の外周長が、前記反応器壁の内周より約1〜5%小さい、請求項7に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記第1部分が、前記反応器壁に対して傾斜して配される少なくとも1つの外面および/または外端縁を有し、
前記第2部分が前記外面および/または外端縁に沿って移動可能である、請求項1に記載の構造充填物。 - 前記外面および/または外端縁に沿う前記第2部分の移動により、前記第2部分の外周長が変化する、請求項9に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記傾斜の角度が約1〜80°である、請求項9に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記傾斜の角度が約5〜35°である、請求項11に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記第2部分が、前記反応器壁に対して傾斜して配される少なくとも1つの内面および/または内端縁を有し、
前記第1部分が前記内面および/または内端縁に沿って移動可能である、請求項1に記載の構造充填物。 - 前記内面および/または内端縁に沿う前記第1部分の移動により、前記第2部分の外周長が変化する、請求項13に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記傾斜の角度が約1〜80°である、請求項13に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記傾斜の角度が約5〜35°である、請求項15に記載の構造充填物。
- 前記反応器が触媒反応器であり、前記構造充填物の少なくとも一部に、前記反応器内で起こる反応に適した触媒がコーティングされている、請求項1に記載の構造充填物。
