Abstract
Description
例1
リン酸スズガラスが、るつぼ中でミルされ、カルシウムアルミニウム窒化ケイ素発光材料と混合された。当該混合の粉末圧縮が加熱炉において熱処理された。結果物は、赤色粒子がリン酸スズの透明なガラスマトリクス中に分散されたペレットであった。当該ペレットは、青色LED上で試験され、青色光が、少なくとも部分的に赤色光に変換された。
第2の実験では、ガラス粒子と、赤色発光粒子11と、黄色発光粒子12(YAG:Ce)とが混合及び圧縮された。熱処理後、再度ペレットが形成され、青色LED上で試験された。発光材料が混合されたガラスマトリクス(混合物)によって、暖かい白色光が生成された。
赤色発光材料をホストするため、及び、発光材料の組み合わせをホストするために、全ての種類のガラスが、その能力を試験された。全ての調査されたガラスから、リン酸スズガラスのみが適した特定を持つことが分かった。
例えば、リン酸テルルガラスが準備されたが、全て色が付いた(黄色/橙色)。これらのTgは、300℃よりも低くはなかった。リン酸テルルガラスの測定された最も低いT°は、347℃であった。
このアプリケーションのために作られたリン酸スズガラスは、1.5乃至1.7の間の耐火係数を持つ。
酸化スズ(II)(SnO)粉末10と、リン酸アンモニウム単結晶粉末(NH4H2PO4)とが、リン酸スズガラスの準備のために用いられた。SnO粉末及びNH4H2PO4粉末は、混合され、加熱炉中で加熱された。水及びアンモニアが蒸気となって排出された。しばらく後、ガラスが、冷たい鉄の板上に成型された。色のない透明なガラスマトリクスが、凍結し、これらのサンプルのTgは、190℃乃至200℃の間であった。Tmは、300℃近くであった。
Claims (15)
- CaAlSiN3:Eu2+のクラス由来の発光材料を有する発光材料粒子が埋め込まれたリン酸スズガラス。
- 前記発光材料粒子が、発光性の(Ca,Sr)AlSiN3:Eu2+を有する、請求項1記載のリン酸スズガラス。
- 1又は複数の他のタイプの埋め込まれた発光材料粒子を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のリン酸スズガラス。
- Y3Al5O12:Ce3+のクラス由来の発光材料を有する発光材料粒子が埋め込まれた、請求項3記載のリン酸スズガラス。
- 前記リン酸スズガラスが、発光材料粒子の存在下で、スズのソースとリン酸塩のソースとをガラス化することによって得られる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のリン酸スズガラス。
- 前記リン酸スズガラスの総重量に対する発光材料粒子の総量の重量パーセントが、0.5wt%乃至20wt%の範囲にある、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のリン酸スズガラス。
- CaAlSiN3:Eu2+のクラス由来の発光材料を有する発光材料粒子の存在下で、スズのソースとリン酸塩のソースとをガラス化するステップを有する、発光材料粒子が埋め込まれたリン酸スズガラスの製造方法。
- 前記スズのソースが、酸化スズ及びシュウ酸スズの1又は複数を有し、前記リン酸塩のソースが、P2O5及びNH4H2PO4の1又は複数を有する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記スズのソースと前記リン酸塩のソースとが、リン酸スズガラス粒子として供給される、請求項7記載の方法。
- 光源と、光変換ユニットとを有し、前記光変換ユニットが、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のリン酸スズガラスを有し、前記光源が、光源光を供給し、前記光変換ユニットが、前記光源光の少なくとも一部を可視光に変換する、照明ユニット。
- 前記光源が、ソリッドステート光源を有する、請求項10記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記光源が、紫外乃至青色の範囲から選択される波長を有する光源光を供給する、請求項10又は11に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記光源が、LEDダイを具備するソリッドステート光源であり、前記リン酸スズガラスが、前記LEDダイと物理的に接触している、請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 前記リン酸スズガラスが、前記光源から離れている、請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の照明ユニット。
- 光ボックスを有し、前記光源が、前記光ボックスの中に含まれ、前記光変換ユニットが、前記光ボックスの光透過性窓である、請求項14記載の照明ユニット。
