- 繊維製品を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、

前記加工糸を第1の表面(22)によって画定されたチャンバ(20)の内側で前記第1の出口(14)から放出して前記チャンバ(20)を前記加工糸(10)で満たし、それにより前記繊維製品の第1のセグメント(31)を形成するステップと、
前記第1のセグメント(31)を第1の軸線(A)に沿って前記第1の出口(14)から遠ざけるステップと、

- 前記かさ高加工糸(10)は、マルチフィラメント糸(6)をかさ高加工ノズル(8)に通すことによって形成される、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 前記かさ高加工糸(10)は、連続糸である、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 結合剤を前記マルチフィラメント糸(6)に添加し、前記結合剤を前記セグメント(31,32)上で硬化させる、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維製品は、防音・断熱製品、例えばパイプ用絶縁製品である、請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 繊維製品を製造する装置であって、前記装置は、
かさ高加工糸(10)を通過させる第1の通路(12)を含み、前記第1の通路は、第1の出口(14)を有し、
第1のチャンバ(20)を含み、
前記かさ高加工糸を前記第1の出口(14)から、第1の表面(22)によって画定された前記第1のチャンバ(20)中に放出する放出システム(8)を含み、前記第1のチャンバ(20)は、前記繊維製品の第1のセグメント(31)を形成するよう前記放出されたかさ高加工糸(10)で満たされ、
前記第1のセグメント(31)を第1の軸線(A)に沿って前記第1の出口(14)から遠ざける運搬システムを含み、それにより、第2のセグメント(32)を前記第1のセグメント(31)に代えて且つ前記第1のセグメント(31)に連続して並んだ状態に形成することができる、装置。 - 前記第1の表面(22)は、第1の軸線(A)に実質的に平行に延びている、請求項15記載の装置。

- 前記運搬システムは、前記出口(14)に対して動く少なくとも1つの可動バンド(40)を含み、前記第1の表面(22)は、少なくとも部分的に前記可動バンド(40)によって構成されている、請求項15〜18のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 前記可動バンド(40)を通過させるフォールディングシュー(42)を含み、前記フォールディングシュー(42)は、前記可動バンド(40)を前記第1の軸線(A)回りに巻くよう構成されている、請求項15〜19のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の表面(22)を通して吸引力を加える吸引装置(25)を含む、請求項15〜20のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のチャンバ(20)は、外方が前記第1の表面(22)によって画定されると共に内方が前記第1の軸線(A)に実質的に平行に延びる少なくとも1つの第2の表面(24)によって画定された一定の環状断面を有し、前記繊維製品は、中空の管状製品である、請求項15〜21のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の軸線(A)に平行な第2の軸線(B)に沿って軸方向に延びると共に前記第2の軸線(B)回りに連続的に又は不連続的に回転する少なくとも1本のシャフト(26)を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第2の表面(24)は、前記少なくとも1本のシャフト(26)によって形成されている、請求項15〜22のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 前記かさ高加工糸(10)を形成するためにマルチフィラメント糸(6)を通過させるかさ高加工ノズル(8)を含む、請求項15〜23のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 結合剤を前記かさ高加工糸(10)に添加する結合剤インゼクタ(55)及び前記結合剤を前記セグメント上で硬化させる硬化ユニット(52)を含む、請求項15〜24のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 硬化チャンバ(51)を有する硬化ユニット(52)を含み、前記硬化チャンバ(51)は、前記吸引装置(25)に隣接すると共に前記吸引装置(25)から見て下流側に配置されている、請求項15〜25のうちいずれか一に記載の装置。
- 第1の軸線(A)に沿って延びると共に一定の断面を有する繊維製品であって、前記繊維製品(100)は、カールを形成するかさ高加工糸(10)から成り、前記カールは、シフトラインに沿って互いに対してシフトされながら互いに重ね合わされ、前記シフトラインは、実質的に、前記第1の軸線(A)回りの螺旋である、繊維製品。
- 前記かさ高加工糸(10)は、連続糸である、請求項27記載の繊維製品。
