Description
・前方衝撃
・後方衝撃
・ポストに対する側方衝撃
おいて、モータに電力供給するための電気バッテリーの完全性を保証することが必要である。
・その上方にバッテリーが配置されるように意図された剛性エレメント7、6a、6bと、
・剛性エレメントの両方の側方に配置されたエネルギー吸収エレメント4a、5a、4b、5bと
を備える。
・低エネルギー衝撃の発生時に、当該構造を修復することが可能である。したがって、実際には、ビームおよび変形可能部材のみが損傷し、剛性エレメントは損傷していない。その場合、損傷したビームと損傷した変形可能部材を交換するだけでよい。
・剛性構造が一意に局所的に存在することにより、構造の軽量化を達成することが可能になる。
Claims (10)
- 電気モータに電力供給するための電気バッテリー(3)、特に自動車を駆動する電気モータに電力供給するための電気バッテリーを保持することを意図した構造(2)であって、その上方および/またはその下方に前記バッテリーが配置されるように意図された剛性エレメント(7、6a、6b)を備えることと、前記剛性エレメントの両方の側方に、少なくとも実質的に側方に延びる変形可能部材を備えるエネルギー吸収エレメント(4a、5a、4b、5b)を備えることとを特徴とする構造(2)。
- 前記バッテリーの垂直突出部の表面が、前記剛性エレメントの垂直突出部の表面に含まれるか、または少なくとも実質的に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の構造(2)。
- 前記剛性エレメントが1つまたは複数のクロスメンバー(7)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の構造(2)。
- 前記剛性エレメントが1つまたは複数の長手方向部材(6a、6b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の構造(2)。
- 前記剛性エレメントが、前記複数のクロスメンバー(7)によって互いに接続された2つの長手方向部材(6a、6b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の構造(2)。
- 前記エネルギー吸収エレメントが、前記剛性エレメントの両側に対して少なくとも実質的に横断方向に配置された変形可能部材(5a、5b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の構造(2)。
- 前記エネルギー吸収エレメントが、前記剛性エレメントの両側に対して少なくとも実質的に長手方向に配置された2つのビーム(4a、4b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の構造(2)。
- 前記エネルギー吸収エレメントが、前記剛性エレメントの両側に対して少なくとも実質的に長手方向に配置された2つのビーム(4a、4b)と、前記剛性エレメントの両側に対して少なくとも実質的に横断方向に配置された変形可能部材(5a、5b)とを備え、前記変形可能部材が、前記剛性エレメントを前記ビームに機械的に接続することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の構造(2)。
- 請求項1から8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の構造を備える自動車のフレーム(1)。
- 請求項1から8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の構造、または請求項9に記載のフレームを備える、ハイブリッド自動車または電気自動車、詳細には電気四輪車。
