Claims (18)
- 薄膜多層構造体を備えた基材(1)を含む発熱体であって、当該薄膜多層構造体は20Ω/□と200Ω/□の間のシート電気抵抗を有する加熱用フィルム(3)と、当該加熱用フィルム(3)のそれぞれの側に位置する2つの非金属誘電体フィルム(4、5)とを含み、当該発熱体はまた電圧を受けるよう設計された2つの導電性コレクタを含み、前記加熱用フィルム(3)が完全なものであり、金属で製作され、そして前記2つの導電性コレクタに電気的に接続されている発熱体。
- 前記加熱用フィルムの金属が、ニオブ、モリブデン、ニッケル、クロム、スズ、亜鉛、タンタル、ハフニウム、チタン、タングステン、アルミニウム、銅及びそれらの合金を含む群に属している、請求項1記載の発熱体。
- 前記非金属誘電体フィルム(4、5)が、例えばSi3N4、SnZnO、SnO2又はZnOで製作されている、請求項1又は2記載の発熱体。
- 前記多層構造体が、前記加熱用フィルム(3)と前記非金属誘電体フィルム(4、5)のうちの少なくとも1つとの間に位置する少なくとも1つのブロッカー層を含む、請求項1から3までの1つに記載の発熱体。
- 前記加熱用フィルム(3)の厚みが2nmと30nmの間にある、請求項1から4までの1つに記載の発熱体。
- 前記加熱用フィルム(3)の厚みが、当該発熱体の光透過率を少なくとも70%、好ましくは少なくとも75%とするため、2nmと8nmの間にある、請求項5記載の発熱体。
- 前記導電性コレクタが当該発熱体の2つの対向する端部の近くに配置されている、請求項1から6までの1つに記載の発熱体。
- 薄膜多層構造体を備えた前記基材(1)が有機又は無機ガラスで製作されている、請求項1から7までの1つに記載の発熱体。
- 薄膜多層構造体を備えた前記基材(1)が透明である、請求項1から8までの1つに記載の発熱体。
- 中間層(6)と第2の基材(2)とを更に含み、当該中間層(6)が積層グレージングユニットを形成するよう2つの基材(1、2)の間に配置され、前記加熱用フィルム(3)が前記中間層(6)に面して配置されている、請求項1から9までの1つに記載の発熱体。
- ガスを充填した空洞によって前記積層グレージングユニットから切り離された第3の基材を更に含む、請求項10記載の発熱体。
- 少なくとも第2の基材(2)を更に含み、基材(1、2)どうしが絶縁複合グレージングユニットを形成するようガスを充填した空洞により対をなすよう切り離されていて、前記加熱用フィルム(3)が当該ガスを充填した空洞に面して配置されている、請求項1から9までの1つに記載の発熱体。
- 前記第2の基材(2)が有機又は無機ガラスで製作されている、請求項10から12までの1つに記載の発熱体。
- 前記第2の基材(2)が透明である、請求項10から13までの1つに記載の発熱体。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1つに記載の発熱体を含む建築用のグレージングユニット。
- 請求項1〜10及び、請求項10に従属する場合の請求項13又は14のいずれか1つに記載の発熱体を含む、電気自動車用のグレージングユニット。
- 請求項16に記載のグレージングユニット、特にフロントガラス、前方側面窓ガラス、後方側面窓ガラス、後部窓ガラス又はサンルーフ、を含む電気自動車。
- 請求項1〜10及び、請求項10に従属する場合の請求項13又は14のいずれか1つに記載の発熱体を含む、建造物のための電気放熱体。
