Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板の一面に備えられた太陽電池パネルと、
前記太陽電池パネルと基板との間に形成された保護層と、
を含むことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記保護層は、真空または不活性ガスが充填されて形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池パネルと基板との間の縁部に、スペーサーがさらに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記スペーサーは、太陽電池パネルと基板との間に多数個が一定間隔で配置されて形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記スペーサーは、エポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記保護層は、2mm乃至7mmの高さに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池パネルの一側には、保護層の側面を収容するフレームがさらに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記フレームの内側には、シーリング材がさらに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池パネルは、1つまたは多数のCIGS太陽電池セルで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池パネルの下部には、EVAまたはバックシートがさらに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
