Abstract
Description
本発明は、機能性充填材材料を含有するマイクロキャピラリーフィルムおよび/またはフォームに関する。
様々な用途における機能性充填材材料の使用が一般的に知られているが、そのような様々な用途は、例えば、吸収、熱伝導、電磁応答性、色制御、および/または生物活性応答性の分野において、さらなる改良を必要とする。
本発明は、1種または複数種の機能性充填材材料を含有するマイクロキャピラリーフィルムおよび/またはフォームを提供する。本発明による、1種または複数種の機能性充填材材料を含有する本発明のマイクロキャピラリーフィルムおよび/またはフォームは、第1の端部および第2の端部を有し、ならびに、(a)熱可塑性材料を含むマトリックスと、(b)マイクロキャピラリーフィルムおよび/またはフォームの第1の端部から第2の端部まで、マトリック中に平行に配置された少なくとも1つまたは複数のチャネルであって、お互いに少なくとも1μm離間しており、それぞれが少なくとも1μmの範囲の直径を有する、1つまたは複数のチャネルと、(c)1つまたは複数のチャネル中に配置された少なくとも1種または複数種の機能性充填材材料とを含み、マイクロキャピラリーフィルムおよび/またはフォームは、2μmから2000μmまでの範囲の厚さを有する。
図を参照すると、同一番号は同一要素を示しており、図1〜6に、1種または複数種の機能性充填材材料(12)を含有するマイクロキャピラリーフィルムまたはフォーム(10)の第1の実施形態が示されている。
(a)約1.7から約3.5までのMw/Mn、摂氏度表示の少なくとも1つの融点Tm、およびグラム/立方センチメートル表示の密度dを有する(この場合、Tmおよびdの数値は以下の関係:
Tm>−2002.9+4538.5(d)−2422.2(d)2
に対応する);または
(b)約1.7から約3.5までのMw/Mnを有し、ならびにJ/g表示の融解熱ΔH、および最高DSCピークと最高CRYSTAFピークとの温度差として定義される摂氏度表示のデルタ量ΔTによって特徴付けられる(この場合、ΔTおよびΔHの数値は以下の関係:
ΔT>−0.1299(ΔH)+62.81(ゼロ超から130J/gまでのΔH)
ΔT>48℃(130J/gを超えるΔH)
を有し、CRYSTAFピークは、累積ポリマーの少なくとも5パーセントを用いて決定され、ならびにポリマーの5パーセント未満が識別可能なCRYSTAFピークを有する場合にはCRYSTAF温度は30℃である);または
(c)エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーの圧縮成型フィルムで測定される、300パーセント歪みおよび1サイクルでの、パーセント表示の弾性回復率Reによって特徴付けられ、ならびにグラム/立方センチメートル表示の密度dを有する(この場合、Reおよびdの数値は、エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーが架橋相を実質的に含まないとき、以下の関係:

を満足する);または
(d)TREFを用いて分画する場合に40℃から130℃の間において溶出する分子画分であって、同じ温度間において溶出する、匹敵するランダムエチレンインターポリマー画分よりも少なくとも5パーセント高いモルコモノマー含有量を有することを特徴とする分子画分を有する(この場合、匹敵するランダムエチレンインターポリマーは、同じコモノマー(複数可)を有し、かつエチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーの10パーセント以内のメルトインデックス、密度、およびモルコモノマー含有量(全ポリマーに対して)を有する);または
(e)25℃での貯蔵弾性率G’(25℃)および100℃での貯蔵弾性率G’(100℃)を有する(この場合、G’(25℃)とG’(100℃)の比率は約1:1から約9:1までの範囲である)、
エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーでもよい。
(a)TREFを用いて分画する場合に40℃から130℃の間において溶出する分子画分であって、少なくとも0.5から約1までのブロックインデックスおよび約1.3を超える分子量分布Mw/Mnを有することを特徴とする分子画分も有し得るか、または
(b)ゼロ超から約1.0までの平均ブロックインデックスおよび約1.3を超える分子量分布Mw/Mnも有し得る。

Claims (8)
- 第1の端部および第2の端部を有するフィルムまたはフォームであって、前記フィルムが、
(a)熱可塑性材料を含むマトリックスと、
(b)前記フィルムの第1の端部から第2の端部まで、前記マトリックス中に平行に配置された少なくとも1つまたは複数のチャネルであって、お互いに少なくとも1μm離間しており、それぞれが、少なくとも1μmの範囲の直径を有する、1つまたは複数のチャネルと、
(c)前記1つまたは複数のチャネル中に配置された、少なくとも1種または複数種の機能性充填材材料と
を含み、前記フィルムが、2μmから2000μmまでの範囲の厚さを有する、フィルムまたはフォーム。 - 前記熱可塑性材料が、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、ポリエチレンビニルアルコール(PVOH)、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、およびポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載のフィルムまたはフォーム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレンである、請求項2に記載のフィルムまたはフォーム。
- 前記ポリアミドがナイロン6である、請求項2に記載のフィルムまたはフォーム。
- 前記1つまたは複数のチャネルが、円形、長方形、楕円形、星形、ひし形、三角形、正方形など、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される断面形状を有する、請求項1に記載のフィルムまたはフォーム。
- 前記1種または複数種の機能性充填材材料が、気体、液体、固体、またはそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載のフィルムまたはフォーム。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルムまたはフォームを備える多層構造体。
- 請求項1に記載のフィルムまたはフォームを備える物品。
