そのようなオレフィンブロックコポリマー、例えば、エチレン/α−オレフィンインターポリマーは:
(a)TREFを用いて分画した場合に40℃〜130℃で溶出する分子画分であって、少なくとも0.5から約1までのブロックインデックス及び約1.3を超える分子量分布Mw/Mnを有することを特徴とする分子画分を有してもよく、又は
(b)ゼロを超え約1.0までの平均ブロックインデックス及び約1.3を超える分子量分布Mw/Mnを有してもよい。
また、本願は、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に関するものであるが、他の態様として以下も包含し得る。
(1)第1の端部及び第2の端部を有するマイクロキャピラリーフィルム又はフォームであって、前記フィルムが:
(a)熱可塑性材料を含むマトリックスと、
(b)前記フィルムの前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部まで、前記マトリックス中に平行に配置された少なくとも1つ以上のチャネルであって、前記1つ以上のチャネルが、互いに少なくとも1μm離間しており、前記1つ以上のチャネルのそれぞれが、少なくとも1μmの範囲の直径を有する、チャネルと、を含み、
前記フィルムが、2μm〜2000μmの範囲の厚さを有する、マイクロキャピラリーフィルム又はフォーム。
(2)前記熱可塑性材料が、ポリオレフィン;ポリアミド;ポリ塩化ビニリデン;ポリフッ化ビニリデン;ポリウレタン;ポリカーボネート;ポリスチレン;ポリエチレンビニルアルコール(PVOH)、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ乳酸(PLA)及びポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる群から選択される、上記(1)に記載のマイクロキャピラリーフィルム又はフォーム。
(3)前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレン又はポリプロピレンである、上記(2)に記載のマイクロキャピラリーフィルム又はフォーム。
(4)前記ポリアミドが、ナイロン6である、上記(2)に記載のマイクロキャピラリーフィルム又はフォーム。
(5)前記1つ以上のチャネルが、円形、長方形、楕円形、星形、ひし形、三角形、正方形等、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択される断面形状を有する、上記(1)に記載のマイクロキャピラリーフィルム又はフォーム。
(6)前記1つ以上のチャネル及び任意に前記マイクロキャピラリーフィルム又はフォームの表面が、表面処理されている、上記(1)に記載のマイクロキャピラリーフィルム又はフォーム。
(7)上記(1)に記載のマイクロキャピラリーフィルム又はフォームを含む多層構造。

Claims (4)
- 第1の端部及び第2の端部を有するマイクロキャピラリーフィルムであって、:
(a)熱可塑性材料を含むマトリックスと、
(b)前記フィルムの前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部まで、前記マトリックス中に平行に配置された少なくとも2つ以上の表面処理されたチャネルであって、前記2つ以上の表面処理されたチャネルが、互いに少なくとも1μm離間しており、前記2つ以上のチャネルのそれぞれが、少なくとも1μmの範囲の直径を有する、チャネルとから成り、
前記マイクロキャピラリーフィルムが、前記マイクロキャピラリーフィルムの総体積に対して30〜80体積%の前記マトリックスを含み、
前記マイクロキャピラリーフィルムが、前記マイクロキャピラリーフィルムの総体積に対して、30〜60体積%の空隙率を含み、
前記マイクロキャピラリーフィルムが、200μm〜600μmの範囲の厚さを有し、
そして、
前記2つ以上のチャネルが5〜590μmの範囲の直径を有し、
前記2つ以上のチャネルが、円形の断面形状を有する、
マイクロキャピラリーフィルム。 - 前記熱可塑性材料が、ポリオレフィン;ポリアミド;ポリ塩化ビニリデン;ポリフッ化ビニリデン;ポリウレタン;ポリカーボネート;ポリスチレン;ポリエチレンビニルアルコール(PVOH)、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ乳酸(PLA)及びポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のマイクロキャピラリーフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンが、ポリエチレン又はポリプロピレンである、請求項2に記載のマイクロキャピラリーフィルム。
- 前記ポリアミドが、ナイロン6である、請求項2に記載のマイクロキャピラリーフィルム。
