Abstract
【解決手段】耐火性乃至は難溶性の材料からなり且つコアードワイヤ16の外径よりも大きな内径を有する導入パイプ52を、取鍋12内の鋳鉄溶湯14中に鉛直方向に所定深さ(d1 )差し込んだ状態下において、コアードワイヤ16を上方から導入パイプ52内に挿入せしめて、その下端から鋳鉄溶湯14内に導くことにより、かかるコアードワイヤを鋳鉄溶湯14内に供給して、溶解せしめる。

Claims (3)
- 取鍋内に収容された鋳鉄溶湯内に、Mg系合金からなる黒鉛球状化剤の粉粒体がパイプ状鉄皮内に充填されてなるコアードワイヤを供給して、溶解せしめることにより、かかる鋳鉄溶湯中の黒鉛を該コアードワイヤ内の黒鉛球状化剤にて球状化処理する方法にして、
耐火性乃至は難溶性の材料からなり且つ該コアードワイヤの外径よりも大きな内径を有する導入パイプを、前記取鍋内の鋳鉄溶湯中に鉛直方向に所定深さ差し込んだ状態下において、前記供給されるコアードワイヤを上方から該導入パイプ内に挿入せしめ、そして該導入パイプの下端から該鋳鉄溶湯内に導くことにより、該コアードワイヤが該鋳鉄溶湯に溶解せしめられるようにしたことを特徴とする鋳鉄溶湯の黒鉛球状化処理方法。 - 前記導入パイプの上部開口部が、上方に向かって拡径されたワイヤ案内部を有している請求項1に記載の鋳鉄溶湯の黒鉛球状化処理方法。
- 前記取鍋の開口部に架設された支持部材にて、前記導入パイプが鉛直方向に延びるように固定、保持されて、該取鍋内の鋳鉄溶湯中に所定深さ差し込まれるようになっている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の鋳鉄溶湯の黒鉛球状化処理方法。
