Claims (15)
- 医療用の注射装置であって、
−液状の薬剤を収容しており、出口および可動壁を備えている容積可変のリザーバと、
−前記可動壁を第1の方向に変位させるように構成されたアクチュエータ部材を備えており、前記液状の薬剤の1回分の投薬量を注射するように動作することができる注射機構と、
−前記アクチュエータ部材を第2の方向へ移動させるための連結機構と
を備えており、
前記アクチュエータ部材がしきい値未満の大きさの第1の力に曝されると、前記アクチュエータ部材の前記第2の方向への移動を防止し、前記アクチュエータ部材が前記しきい値以上の大きさの第2の力に曝されると、前記アクチュエータ部材の前記第2の方向への可逆的な移動を許すように構成されている注射装置。 - 前記第2の力が前記可動壁を介して前記アクチュエータ部材に作用する、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記第2の方向が前記第1の方向と実質的に反対である、請求項1または2に記載の注射装置。
- 前記注射機構が、前記アクチュエータ部材を前記第1の方向へ移動させるように構成された駆動構成をさらに備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記駆動構成が、前記アクチュエータ部材を前記第1の方向へ付勢する付勢手段を備えており、
前記注射機構が、前記第2の力に応答して前記アクチュエータ部材を前記第2の方向に或る距離だけ移動させるとともに、前記第2の力が止んだときに前記アクチュエータ部材を実質的に同じ距離だけ前前記第1の方向に動かすように構成されている、請求項4に記載の注射装置。 - 前記連結機構が、前記アクチュエータ部材が前記第1の力に曝されたときに前記アクチュエータ部材に係合し、前記アクチュエータ部材が前記第2の力に曝されたときに前記アクチュエータ部材との係合を可逆的に解除するように構成された係合構造を備えている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ部材が、縦長の本体と、前記係合構造との係合のための接触面とを備えており、前記接触面が前記本体の表面から側方に突き出している、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記接触面が前記本体の表面に対して鈍角である、請求項7に記載の注射装置。
- 前記接触面と前記本体の表面との間の角度が110〜130度である、請求項8に記載の注射装置。
- 前記連結機構が、前記アクチュエータ部材が前記第1の力に曝されたときに前記駆動構成に係合し、前記アクチュエータ部材が前記第2の力に曝されたときに前記駆動の機構との係合を可逆的に解除するように構成された係合構造を備えている、請求項4または5に記載の注射装置。
- 前記付勢手段が、平行移動および/または回転運動のためのエネルギーを貯蔵および放出するように構成されたばね部材を備えている、請求項5に記載の注射装置。
- 前記しきい値が5N〜200Nであり、好ましくは15N〜25Nである、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記しきい値が前記付勢手段の付勢力に実質的に等しい、請求項5または11に記載の注射装置。
- −アクチュエータ部材を有する注射機構と、前記アクチュエータ部材を第1の方向に付勢する付勢手段とを備えている動力部と、
−液状の薬剤を収容しており、可動壁を備えている容積可変のリザーバと
を備えているシステムであって、
前記アクチュエータ部材および前記可動壁が、前記リザーバの容積を減少させて前記液状の薬剤の1回分の投薬量を吐き出させるべく前記第1の方向に一緒に変位することができ、前記動力部が、前記可動壁に第2の方向に向かって作用する力が掛かると、前記アクチュエータ部材および前記可動壁を前記第2の方向に一緒に可逆的に変位させるように構成されている、システム。 - 前記第2の方向が前記第1の方向と反対であり、
前記動力部が、前記力が停止すると、前記アクチュエータ部材および前記可動壁を前記第1の方向に一緒に変位させるように構成されている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
