Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン10、モータジェネレータMG1、MG2、エンジン10からの排気ガスに含まれる有害物質を浄化する浄化触媒を有する浄化装置32を備えたハイブリッド自動車100において、エンジン10からの排気ガスに含まれる有害物質の量に応じてエンジン10からの出力を制御し、エンジンの暖機状態と浄化装置の浄化能力に基づいて、浄化装置32から排出される排気ガスに含まれる有害物質の量を所定値未満とするように目標エンジン出力を制御する。

Description
本発明の実施の形態におけるハイブリッド自動車100は、図1に示すように、エンジン10及び動力分配統合機構12を備える。動力分配統合機構12は、3軸式の動力分配統合手段であり、サンギヤ12a、リングギヤ12b、ピニオンギヤ12c、キャリア12dが接続された遊星歯車機構として構成される。また、動力分配統合機構12では、ダンパ14を介して、エンジン10の出力軸となるクランクシャフト16にキャリア12dが接続される。
次に、エンジン10の浄化装置32の浄化触媒を暖機する際の動作について説明する。図2は、第1の実施の形態における駆動制御ルーチンを示すフローチャートである。駆動制御ルーチンは、イグニッションスイッチ48によってハイブリッド用電子制御ユニット46にイグニション信号が入力されると開始される。この駆動制御ルーチンは、所定時間毎(例えば数msec毎)に繰り返し実行される。

式(1)は、動力分配統合機構12の回転要素に対する力学的な関係式である。数式(1)は、動力分配統合機構12の回転要素における回転数とトルクとの力学的な関係を示す共線図を用いて導き出すことができる。式(2)は、MG1を目標回転数Nm1*で回転させるためのフィードバック制御における関係式である。式(2)中、右辺第2項の「k1」は比例項のゲインであり、右辺第3項の「k2」は積分項のゲインである。

MG2のトルク指令Tm2*を設定することにより、駆動軸としてのリングギヤ軸12eに出力する要求トルクTr*を、バッテリ30の入出力制限Win、Woutの範囲内で制限したトルクとして設定することができる。
第1の実施の形態における暖機運転制御では、暖機運転中の触媒温度Tc及び冷却水温Twの変化に応じてエンジン10の目標エンジンパワーPeを設定したが、第2の実施の形態では暖機運転中の目標エンジンパワーPeは一定とする。
Claims (8)
- 走行用の動力を出力可能なエンジン及び電動機と、
前記電動機に電力を供給する二次電池と、
前記エンジンからの排気ガスに含まれる有害物質を浄化する浄化触媒を有する浄化装置と、
前記浄化触媒の暖機運転時は目標エンジン出力を一定とする制御を行う出力制御部と、
を備えたハイブリッド自動車の制御装置であって、
前記出力制御部は、前記エンジンの暖機状態と前記浄化装置の浄化能力に基づいて、前記浄化装置から排出される排気ガスに含まれる前記有害物質の量を所定値未満とするように前記目標エンジン出力を制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の制御装置であって、
前記出力制御部は、前記浄化触媒の暖機運転開始時に前記目標エンジン出力を求め、前記浄化触媒の暖機運転時は前記目標エンジン出力を一定とする制御を行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の制御装置であって、
前記出力制御部は、前記エンジンの冷却媒体の温度に応じて、前記冷却媒体の温度が低いほど前記目標エンジン出力が小さくなるように暖機運転制御を行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド自動車の制御装置であって、
前記出力制御部は、前記冷却媒体の温度が所定値以下であるときに前記暖機運転制御を行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の制御装置であって、
前記出力制御部は、前記エンジンのシリンダの温度に応じて、前記シリンダの温度が低いほど前記目標エンジン出力が小さくなるように暖機運転制御を行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載のハイブリッド自動車の制御装置であって、
前記出力制御部は、前記シリンダの温度が所定値以下であるときに前記暖機運転制御を行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド自動車の制御装置であって、
前記出力制御部は、さらに前記浄化触媒の温度に応じて、前記浄化触媒の温度が低いほど前記目標エンジン出力が小さくなるように暖機運転制御を行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の制御装置。 - 請求項7に記載のハイブリッド自動車の制御装置であって、
前記出力制御部は、前記浄化触媒の温度が所定値以下であるときに前記暖機運転制御を行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の制御装置。
