Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリ3の上面に突設されたバッテリポスト5に固定されたバッテリ端子7に突設されたスタッドボルト9が挿通される挿通孔11を有するヒューズエレメント13と、このヒューズエレメント13がインサート成形されバッテリ3の側面に当接される当接部15を有する樹脂ボディ17とを備えたヒューズユニット1において、ヒューズエレメント13の挿通孔11を、バッテリポスト5の配置位置が異なる複数のバッテリ3に対して、バッテリ3の側面と樹脂ボディ17の当接部15とが当接した状態で、スタッドボルト9を挿通可能な形状に形成した。

Claims (3)
- バッテリの上面に突設されたバッテリポストに固定されたバッテリ端子に突設されたスタッドボルトが挿通される挿通孔を有するヒューズエレメントと、このヒューズエレメントがインサート成形され前記バッテリの側面に当接される当接部を有する樹脂ボディとを備えたヒューズユニットであって、
前記ヒューズエレメントの挿通孔は、前記バッテリポストの配置位置が異なる複数の前記バッテリに対して、前記バッテリの側面と前記樹脂ボディの当接部とが当接した状態で、前記スタッドボルトを挿通可能な形状に形成されていることを特徴とするヒューズユニット。 - 請求項1記載のヒューズユニットであって、
前記ヒューズエレメントの挿通孔は、前記バッテリの側面と前記樹脂ボディの当接部との当接方向に長穴状に形成されていることを特徴とするヒューズユニット。 - 請求項1又は2記載のヒューズユニットであって、
前記樹脂ボディの当接部の端部には、前記樹脂ボディを前記バッテリに組付けるときに、前記バッテリの上面端部と摺動するテーパ面が形成されていることを特徴とするヒューズユニット。
