Claims (14)
- 第1の作動接続部(A)、供給接続部(P)、第2の作動接続部(B)およびタンクドレイン接続部(T)を有する、ケーシングチューブ(101)と、
当該ケーシングチューブ(101)に包囲されるとともに当該ケーシングチューブ(101)に対して移動可能である、ピストン(102)と、
を備える、揺動形アクチュエータ用の中央バルブであって、
前記ピストン(102)の第1の位置において、前記第1の作動接続部(A)は前記供給接続部(P)に接続されており、前記第2の作動接続部(B)は前記タンクドレイン接続部(T)に接続されており、
前記ピストンの第2の位置において、前記ピストン(102)は中央に位置しており、
前記ピストン(102)の第3の位置において、前記第2の作動接続部(B)は前記供給接続部(P)に接続されており、前記第1の作動接続部(A)は前記タンクドレイン接続部(T)に接続されており、
前記ピストン(102)は、外側に少なくとも1つの第1の逆止弁(104)を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの逆止弁は、前記ピストン(102)が第3の位置にあり、前記第1の作動接続部(A)に第1の閾値を超える圧力が供給される場合、前記第1の作動接続部(A)から前記第2の作動接続部(B)へ流路を開放することとなる
ように構成された揺動形アクチュエータ用の中央バルブ。 - 前記ピストン(102)は、外側に少なくとも1つの第2の逆止弁(105)を有し、当該第2の逆止弁は、前記ピストン(102)が第1の位置にあり、前記第2の作動接続部(B)に第2の閾値を超える圧力が供給される場合、前記第2の作動接続部(B)から前記第1の作動接続部(A)への流路を開放する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中央バルブ。 - 前記第1の作動接続部(A)および前記第2の作動接続部(B)は、前記ピストン(102)の前記第2の位置においてブロックされる、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記第1の作動接続部(A)および前記第2の作動接続部(B)は、前記ピストン(102)の第2の位置において圧力負荷を受ける、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の逆止弁(104)は、前記ピストン(102)を包囲するスリーブ(94)に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記スリーブ(94)は前記ピストン(102)に固定されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記スリーブは、前記ピストン(102)に圧入されるか、前記ピストンに溶接される、ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記ピストン(102)は、前記スリーブ(94)に支持されているリセットスプリング(103)の力に抗って前記ケーシングチューブ(101)内で移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2の逆止弁(105)は、前記ピストン(102)を包囲する別のスリーブ(93)に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の逆止弁(104)および前記少なくとも1つの第2の逆止弁(105)は、共通の圧縮ばね(106)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記ピストン(102)が、複数の第1の逆止弁(104)および複数の第2の逆止弁(105)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項2、9または10のいずれか1項に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の逆止弁(104)または前記少なくとも1つの第2の逆止弁(105)は、前記ピストン(102)の長手方向に移動する閉止要素(90)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記閉止要素(90)が、弁座(70)と停止部(80または81)との間の限定された範囲内で自由に移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の中央バルブ。
- 前記ケーシングチューブ(101)は、3つの径方向接続部(A、P、B)のみを有し、それにより、すべての径方向開口部(97、98、99)は、前記ケーシングチューブ(101)の自由端部からの3つの距離のうちの1つを有するようになっている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の中央バルブ。
