Claims (3)
- プレートの周縁部を厚さ方向両側から覆うホルダを前記周縁部に任意の間隔で取り付ける工程と、前記プレートを前記ホルダと共に金型内にセットすることにより前記ホルダを介して前記プレートをガスケット成形用キャビティ内に支持する工程と、前記ガスケット成形用キャビティ内に成形用ゴム材料を充填して前記プレート及びホルダと一体のガスケット本体を成形する工程と、からなることを特徴とするプレート一体ガスケットの製造方法。
- ホルダがゴム状弾性材料又はゴム状弾性のない合成樹脂材料からなり電気絶縁性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプレート一体ガスケットの製造方法。
- プレートの周縁部とホルダに、互いに係止可能な係止手段が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプレート一体ガスケットの製造方法。
