Abstract
【解決手段】軸受9,9上に被測定試料2を載置し、押入部材12で被測定試料2を軸受9,9間に押入する。押入部材12にかかる荷重を荷重測定手段5で測定しながら、被測定試料2が軸受9,9から抜け落ちるまで押入部材12を押し下げる。被測定試料2の押入開始から、被測定試料2が軸受9,9から抜け落ちるまでの間に押入部材12にかかる荷重を測定する。測定された荷重の最大値に基づいて被測定試料2の柔軟性を評価する。

Claims (2)
- 回転軸が平行となるように離間して配置された1対の軸受に被測定試料を載置し、
前記被測定試料を前記軸受間に押入する押入部材で、前記被測定試料を前記軸受間に所定の速度で押入し、
前記被測定試料が前記押入部材から押入され始めてから前記軸受から抜け落ちるまでの間に、前記押入部材が前記被測定試料を押圧する荷重を測定し、
前記測定された荷重の最大値に基づいて前記被測定試料の柔軟性を評価する
ことを特徴とする柔軟性測定方法。 - 回転軸が平行となるように離間して設けられる1対の軸受と、
当該1対の軸受間に入出可能に設けられ、前記軸受上に載置された被測定試料を所定の速度で前記軸受間に押入する押入部材と、
前記押入部材にかかる荷重を測定する荷重測定手段と、を有する
ことを特徴とする柔軟性測定装置。
