Abstract
【解決手段】複数の流体を流通させる2種類以上の通路が交互に積層配置された複数のコア2a,2bを溶接する。これら複数のコア2a,2bの下側全体を下部ヘッダータンク3で覆って複数のコア2a,2b内に流体を流通させるようにする。各コア2a,2bの互いに溶接される側面に複数の流体が流通しないダミー層14を設け、このダミー層14のサイドプレート16周縁に全周にわたり溶接用スペーサ18を溶接する。ダミー層14のサイドプレート下端側にダミー層14内の水を排出する貫通孔16aを設ける。そして、溶接用スペーサ18の下側角部に水を排出する液体排出孔20を設ける。

Description
上記複数のコアの下側全体を覆って該複数のコア内に流体を流通させる下部ヘッダータンクと、
各コアの互いに溶接される側面に設けられ、上記複数の流体が流通しないダミー層と、
上記ダミー層のサイドプレート周縁に全周にわたり固着された溶接用スペーサと、
上記ダミー層のサイドプレート下端側に貫通形成され、該ダミー層内の液体を排出する貫通孔と、
上記溶接用スペーサの下側角部に形成され、上記空間内の液体を排出する液体排出孔とを備えている。
本発明は、上記実施形態について、以下のような構成としてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 温度の異なる複数の流体を流通させる2種類以上の通路が交互に積層配置された複数のコアが溶接された熱交換器であって、
上記複数のコアの下側全体を覆って該複数のコア内に流体を流通させる下部ヘッダータンクと、
少なくとも各コアの互いに溶接される側面に設けられ、上記複数の流体が流通しないダミー層と、
上記ダミー層のサイドプレート周縁に全周にわたり固着された溶接用スペーサと、
上記ダミー層のサイドプレート下端側に貫通形成され、該ダミー層内の液体を上記溶接用スペーサによって形成された空間内に排出する貫通孔と、
上記溶接用スペーサの下側角部に形成され、上記空間内の液体を排出する液体排出孔とを備えている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器において、
上記溶接用スペーサは、複数の棒状部材からなり、
上記液体排出孔は、一対の棒状部材同士の隙間として形成されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項2に記載の熱交換器において、
上記液体排出孔は、それぞれ斜めにカットされた一対の棒状部材の先端に形成され、上記コアの下側角部に向かって延びている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器において、
上記液体排出孔の外側周縁には、筒状部材が固着され、その内部が該液体排出孔に連通している
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の熱交換器において、
上記筒状部材には、上記液体排出孔を塞ぐ閉塞部材を着脱可能となっている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。
