そして、本実施の形態において、造膜後の受理層2の揮発成分の含有率は9.0%以下である。この範囲であれば、受理層2は耐溶剤性が高いものであり、印刷層3を形成するためのインクを受理層2に塗装した場合に、インクに含まれている有機溶剤が受理層2に浸透しにくくなり、またインクに含まれている樹脂成分の揮発を少なくすることができる。従って、受理層2に塗装されたインクの発色性が低下しにくいものであり、印刷層3の発色性が最大限に発揮されやすくなるものである。尚、受理層2に残存する揮発成分の比率は小さいほうが好ましいので、受理層2の揮発成分の含有率の下限は0%である。
基材としては、セメントを主成分とする板状の窯業系基材(ネオロック16mm)を用いる。この基材の化粧面には下塗層が形成されている。
架橋剤として、カルボジイミドの代わりに、イソシアネート(メイカネートTP−10、明成化学工業社製)を1重量部用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗装建材を形成した。
架橋剤として、カルボジイミドの代わりに、金属キレート(オルガチックスTC300(マツモトファインケミカル(株)製))を1重量部用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗装建材を形成した。
架橋剤として、カルボジイミドの代わりに、オキサゾリン(日本触媒(株)エポクロスWS−700)を1重量部用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗装建材を形成した。
架橋剤として、カルボジイミドの代わりに、金属アルコキシド(Nプロピルシリケート(コルコート製)90重量部、IPA10重量部の混合溶液)を1重量部用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗装建材を形成した。
架橋剤として、カルボジイミドの代わりに、アジリジン(日本触媒(株)ケミタイトDZ22E)を1重量部用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗装建材を形成した。
架橋剤を用いなかったこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして塗装建材を形成した。
受理層形成時の焼付け条件の時間を2分間とした以外は、実施例9と同様にして塗装建材を形成した。

Claims (5)
- 窯業系の基材と、この基材の表面に形成される受理層と、この受理層の表面にインクジェット印刷により形成される印刷層と、この印刷層の表面側にクリアー層と無機塗料層と機能性塗料層とを有する塗装建材であって、前記受理層は、造膜後のガラス転移点が40〜80℃であることを特徴とする塗装建材。
- 窯業系の基材と、この基材の表面に形成される受理層と、この受理層の表面にインクジェット印刷により形成される印刷層と、この印刷層の表面側にクリアー層と無機塗料層と機能性塗料層とを有する塗装建材であって、前記受理層は、揮発成分の含有率が9.0%以下であることを特徴とする塗装建材。
- 前記受理層が、架橋剤により架橋された塗料硬化物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の塗装建材。
- 前記架橋剤がオキサゾリン、アジリジン、カルボジイミド、イソシアネート、金属キレート、金属アルコキシドの群から選ばれる少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の塗装建材。
- 前記印刷層が紫外線硬化性インクで形成され、この紫外線硬化性インクの硬化条件が、波長300〜390nmの紫外線で照度0.2〜2.0W/cm2で照射時間0.05〜5.00秒間であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の塗装建材。
