Claims (4)
- 超音波変換器(1)と変換器保持体(2)とから成る構成ユニットであって、前記超音波変換器(1)は、変換器ケーシング(3)と変換器エレメント(4)とを有しており、前記変換器ケーシング(3)は、超音波ウインドウ(5)と、ケーシング管(6)と、ケーシングフランジ(7)とを有しており、前記変換器エレメント(4)は、前記変換器ケーシング(3)の超音波ウインドウ(5)の近傍に設けられているか、又は前記変換器ケーシング(3)の超音波ウインドウ(5)から離れて設けられており、前記変換器保持体(2)は、保持体フランジ(8)を有しており、前記変換器ケーシング(3)のケーシングフランジ(7)は、対応フランジ(9)によりシールリング(10)を介して、前記変換器保持体(2)の保持体フランジ(8)に対して緊締されているものにおいて、
前記変換器ケーシング(3)のケーシングフランジ(7)と、前記変換器保持体(2)の保持体フランジ(8)との間に、絶縁リング(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする、超音波変換器(1)と変換器保持体(2)とから成る構成ユニット。 - 前記変換器ケーシング(3)のケーシングフランジ(7)と、前記絶縁リング(13)との間に、シールリング(14)が設けられている、請求項1記載の構成ユニット。
- 前記絶縁リング(13)は、前記変換器ケーシング(3)のケーシングフランジ(7)に間接的に結合されている、請求項1又は2記載の構成ユニット。
- 前記変換器ケーシング(3)のケーシングフランジ(7)に前記絶縁リング(13)を間接的に結合するために、滑りリング(15)が設けられていて、該滑りリング(15)は、前記絶縁リング(13)に固定的に結合、例えば溶接又はねじ締結されている、請求項3記載の構成ユニット。
