Abstract
ドレン排出不良に係る課題を解決して信頼性の向上を図るとともに、省エネ性の向上を図った空気圧縮機を提供する。
【解決手段】
空気を圧縮する圧縮機本体と、この圧縮機本体からの圧縮空気が流通する圧縮空気流通経路と、この圧縮機流通経路上に設けられ圧縮機本体からの圧縮空気を冷却する熱交換器と、圧縮空気流通経路から分岐して外部に連通し、熱交換器で冷却された圧縮空気から凝縮したドレンが流通するドレン配管62とを備える空気圧縮機であって、ドレン配管62にドレンに混入する異物を除去するストレーナ65を設ける。このストレーナ65より下流側に開閉弁66を、上流側にドレン配管62内の圧力を検出する圧力センサ41をそれぞれ備え、ドレンの排出不良を解決する。

Claims (8)
- 空気を圧縮する圧縮機本体と、
この圧縮機本体からの圧縮空気が流通する圧縮空気流通経路と、
この圧縮機流通経路上に設けられ前記圧縮機本体からの圧縮空気を冷却する熱交換器と、
前記圧縮空気流通経路から分岐して外部に連通し、前記熱交換器で冷却された圧縮空気から凝縮したドレンが流通するドレン配管と、
このドレン配管に設けられ、ドレンに混入する異物を除去するストレーナと、
前記ドレン配管において前記ストレーナより下流側に設けられる開閉弁と、
前記ドレン配管において前記ストレーナより上流側に設けられ、前記ドレン配管内の圧力を検出する圧力センサとを備えた空気圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機において、
前記開閉弁の開時の前記圧力センサで検出した圧力検出値が、閉時の圧力検出値と比較して、低くならない場合に排出不良と判断することを特徴とする空気圧縮機。 - 請求項2に記載の空気圧縮機において、
規定時間内に発した開信号出力回数と、前記圧力センサで検出した圧力検出値の降下回数とを対比し、圧力降下回数が前記開信号出力回数より少ない場合に排出不良と判断するよう制御することを特徴とする空気圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機において、
前記開閉弁を通電時に開、非通電時に閉となるよう制御することを特徴とする空気圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機において、
前記圧縮機本体内にスクリューロータを備えたことを特徴とする空気圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機において、
前記圧縮空気流通経路に潤滑油を含まないオイルフリー式であることを特徴とする空気圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機において、
前記熱交換器は冷却水と圧縮空気との熱交換を行う水冷式であることを特徴とする空気圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の空気圧縮機において、
前記圧縮機本体は、低圧段圧縮機本体と高圧段圧縮機本体の2つの圧縮機本体で構成され、前記ドレン配管は前記低圧段圧縮機本体と前記高圧段圧縮機本体との間に設けられる熱交換器で冷却された圧縮空気から凝縮したドレンが流通するものであることを特徴とする空気圧縮機。
