Abstract
【解決手段】薄鋼板で構成された底板12と、底板12上に設置され、アルミニウムあるいはアルミニウム合金製のパラレル配管熱交換器1と、パラレル配管熱交換器1の下端部に設けられた合成樹脂製の第1及び第3支持部材15A、16Aとを備え、第1及び第3支持部材15A、16Aは、パラレル配管熱交換器1の横方向に延びて互いに対向し、パラレル配管熱交換器1の下端部を支持する一対の側板と、その一対の側板の間に設けられ、一端から他端に向かうに連れて下方に傾く傾斜板と、傾斜板の両端に設けられた排水穴とを有している。

Description
図1は実施の形態に係る空気調和機の室外機を分解して示す斜視図、図2は図1のパラレル配管熱交換器の上端部側を示す斜視図、図3は図1のパラレル配管熱交換器の下端部側を示す斜視図、図4は図1のパラレル配管熱交換器の左右方向の一端部を示す斜視図である。
図5は実施の形態におけるパラレル配管熱交換器の第1及び第2支持部材を示す斜視図、図6は第1及び第2支持部材の平面図及び第1及び第2支持部材のX−X断面図並びにa部の拡大断面図、図7は天板の一部を切り抜いて示す平面図、図8は図7のY−Y断面図である。
図9はパラレル配管熱交換器の正面平面部の上端部に装着された第2支持部材の側面図、図10はファンモータ支持部材の上端部を斜め上方から見て示す斜視図である。なお、ファンモータ支持部材の全体及び下端部については、図1及び図3を参照して説明する。
Claims (4)
- 金属製の底板と、
空気が流入する表面を外側に向けて前記底板上に設置され、当該底板の材質と異なる金属製の熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器の下端部に設けられた合成樹脂製の下支持部材とを備え、
前記下支持部材は、前記熱交換器の横方向に延びて互いに対向し、前記熱交換器の下端部を支持する一対の側板と、前記一対の側板の間に設けられ、一端から他端に向かうに連れて下方に傾く傾斜板と、前記傾斜板の両端に設けられた排水穴とを有することを特徴とする空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記傾斜板は、前記側板の長手方向に複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の空気調和機の室外機。
- 前記下支持部材と同一形状に構成され、前記下支持部材とは上下方向が反転されて、前記熱交換器の上端部に設けられた合成樹脂製の上支持部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の空気調和機の室外機。
- 前記上支持部材の一方の側板の外側面に突出して設けられたファンモータ支持部材の位置決め突出部を備え、
前記位置決め突出部は、前記熱交換器の背面側に位置することを特徴とする請求項3記載の空気調和機の室外機。
