Abstract
【解決手段】円筒ころが、金属製の本体部と、上記本体部の表面を被覆すると共に、転動面を有する黒色酸化皮膜とを有するようにする。上記黒色酸化皮膜の厚さを、0.5μm以上2μm以下とし、上記黒色酸化皮膜の静止摩擦係数を、0.2以上0.3以下とする。円筒ころは、鋼製かつ円筒形状の本体部にブラックオキサイドのコーティングを施した後、バフ研磨を施してなっている。

内周軌道面を有する外輪と、
風力発電機の回転軸上に配置されると共に、外周軌道面を有する内輪と、
上記外輪の内周軌道面と、上記内輪の外周軌道面との間に配置されるころと
を備え、
上記ころは、
金属製の本体部と、
上記本体部の表面を被覆すると共に、転動面を有する黒色酸化皮膜と
を有し、
上記黒色酸化皮膜の厚さは、0.5μm以上2μm以下であり、
上記黒色酸化皮膜の静止摩擦係数は、0.2以上0.3以下であることを特徴としている。
上記黒色酸化皮膜の算術平均粗さRaを、a[μm]とし、
上記本体部の表面の算術平均粗さRaを、b[μm」としたとき、
0.85b≦a≦1.15bである。
上記ころは、本体部にブラックオキサイドのコーティングを施した後、バフ研磨を施してなる。

- 内周軌道面を有する外輪と、
風力発電機の回転軸上に配置されると共に、外周軌道面を有する内輪と、
上記外輪の内周軌道面と、上記内輪の外周軌道面との間に配置されるころと
を備え、
上記ころは、
金属製の本体部と、
上記本体部の表面を被覆すると共に、転動面を有する黒色酸化皮膜と
を有し、
上記黒色酸化皮膜の厚さは、0.5μm以上2μm以下であり、
上記黒色酸化皮膜の静止摩擦係数は、0.2以上0.3以下であることを特徴とする風力発電機用軸受。 - 請求項1に記載の風力発電機用軸受において、
上記黒色酸化皮膜の算術平均粗さRaを、a[μm]とし、
上記本体部の表面の算術平均粗さRaを、b[μm」としたとき、
0.85b≦a≦1.15bであることを特徴とする風力発電機用軸受。 - 請求項1または2に記載の風力発電機用軸受において、
上記ころは、本体部にブラックオキサイドのコーティングを施した後、バフ研磨を施してなることを特徴とする風力発電機用軸受。
