Abstract
【解決手段】外科手術装置と外科手術用器具の非接触通信装置であり、外科手術装置は、装置用アンテナに接続された読取り装置を備えた制御及び評価装置を有し、器具は、器具用アンテナに接続された記憶装置が割り当てられることによって、データが、ワイヤレス通信手段により、読取り装置と記憶装置との間で交換可能であり、器具は、少なくとも1つのパラメータが、外科手術装置に伝達されるために、治療組織等の上で取得されることが可能なように、記憶装置に割り当てられ、かつ、パラメータを記憶することによって記憶装置を起動する測定装置を含み、測定装置は、器具上に配置されたセンサが割り当てられ、測定装置は、センサからパラメータとしてセンサ信号を取得するように構成され、記憶装置及びセンサは、ワイヤレス通信手段からエネルギーが供給される。

例えば、測定装置は、(任意で、書込み及び/又は読取り装置を有するオートクレーブ装置から)消毒サイクルに関する測定値を取得することにより、これらのデータが、外科手術装置を介していつでも読み出せるように構成することができる。

Claims (12)
- 外科手術装置(30)と、外科手術用器具(40)と、の間の非接触通信装置であって、
前記外科手術装置(30)は、装置用アンテナ(12)に接続された少なくとも1つの読取り装置(11)を備えた制御及び評価装置(32)を有し、
前記器具(40)は、器具用アンテナ(14)に接続された、少なくとも1つの読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)が割り当てられることによって、データが、ワイヤレス通信手段としての無線リンクにより、前記外科手術用装置(30)の前記読取り装置(11)と、前記器具(40)の前記記憶装置(13)と、の間で交換可能であり、
前記器具(40)は、少なくとも1つのパラメータが、前記外科手術装置(30)に伝達されるために、前記器具(40)上及び/又は内で、及び/又は、治療組織(50)上で取得されることが可能なように、前記記憶装置(13)に割り当てられ、かつ、前記パラメータを記憶することによって前記記憶装置(13)を起動する測定装置(15)を含み、
前記測定装置(15)は、前記器具(40)上に配置された少なくとも1つのセンサ(16)が割り当てられ、前記測定装置(15)は、前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(16)から前記パラメータとしてセンサ信号を取得するように構成され、
前記読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)及び前記センサ(16)は、前記無線リンクからエネルギーが供給されること
を特徴とする非接触通信装置。 - 前記器具用アンテナ(14)を備えた前記読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)は、プログラム自在のマイクロプロセッサを備えたトランスポンダーICとして設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記器具用アンテナ(14)を備えた前記読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)は、前記器具(40)を前記外科手術装置(30)に接続するための接続装置又は接続ケーブル(41)内に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記器具の機能を起動するように前記器具上に配置された少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ(22,23)を有するアクチュエータ装置(15)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記測定装置(15)及び前記アクチュエータ装置(15)は、パラメータの取得と、前記器具の機能への作用とが互いに独立して実施されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ装置(15)は、前記器具(40)を前記外科手術装置(30)に接続するために、前記器具(40)又は前記接続ケーブル(41)内に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記測定装置(15)は、前記器具(40)上のスイッチ(22,23)の作動をパラメータとして取得するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記外科手術装置(30)及び前記器具(40)は、水噴射手術用として構成されるとともに、前記測定装置(15)は、前記センサ(16)を介して、水を前記治療組織に供給するためのウォータージェットアプリケータの供給ラインの圧力をパラメータとして取得されるように構成及び配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記外科手術装置(30)及び前記器具(40)は、HF外科手術用として構成されるとともに、前記測定装置(15)は、使用中に、前記センサ(16)を介して、HF外科用器具の電極(42)の温度が、パラメータとして取得可能となるように構成及び配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)は、消毒サイクル、保存寿命、器具識別又はそれに類するデータに関する前記器具(40)からのデータを読み込み及び読み出し可能となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記外科手術用器具(40)は、前記読み書き可能な記憶装置(13)に割り当てられた、且つ、前記器具(40)の識別に対するコーディングが前記外科手術装置(30)上の前記読取り装置(11)によって取得されるように構成された、少なくとも1つのコーディング素子(25,26)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項10の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
- 前記装置用アンテナ(12)を備えた前記読取り装置(11)が、前記器具(40)の包装を通して前記器具(40)からのデータ及び/又はコーディングを取得可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項11の何れか1に記載の非接触通信装置。
