Abstract
【解決手段】検査前処理装置は、第1の容器21に収容されるめん棒6の先端部7を、第1の容器21とは異なる第2の容器31内に、第2の容器31の開口31aを通して収容するチャック装置70と移動装置60と、先端部7の位置を検出する位置検出装置80と、先端部7の位置を補正する位置補正装置110と、位置検出装置80の検出結果に基づいて、先端部7が第2の容器31内に収容されるように位置補正装置110を制御する制御装置とを備える。

Claims (2)
- 第1の容器に収容される棒部材の先端部を、前記第1の容器とは異なる第2の容器内に、前記第2の容器の開口を通して収容する移動手段と、
前記先端部の位置を検出する位置検出手段と、
前記先端部の位置を補正する位置補正手段と、
前記位置検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、前記先端部が前記第2の容器内に収容されるように前記位置補正手段を制御する制御手段と
を具備することを特徴とする検査前処理装置。 - 前記位置検出手段は、前記開口に対して前記先端部の前記第2の容器の前記開口への挿入方向に沿って後ろに設定される検出位置での、前記挿入方向に垂直な平面内での前記先端部の位置を検出し、
前記制御手段は、前記検出手段による検出結果に基づいて、前記挿入方向に見たときに前記先端部が前記第2の容器の開口の内側に位置するように前記先端部の前記平面内での位置を補正するとともに、位置が補正された後、前記挿入方向に前記先端部を移動するように前記位置補正手段を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検査前処理装置。
