Abstract
【解決手段】トルクコンバータのないハイブリッド車両のアンチジャーク制御方法において、前記ハイブリッド車両の変速制御器から変速指令があるかを判断する段階S110と、前記変速指令があると、前記変速指令による少なくとも3つのフェーズ(phase)に細分化された変速区間を確認する段階S120と、前記細分化された該当変速区間がアンチジャーク許容変速区間であるか判断する段階S130と、前記該当変速区間がアンチジャーク許容変速区間であれば、前記該当変速区間で発生する振動および衝撃を低減または減殺させるために前記ハイブリッド車両の駆動モータを設定された値で逆位相制御する段階S140とを含むことができる。

Claims (7)
- トルクコンバータのないハイブリッド車両のアンチジャーク制御方法において、
前記ハイブリッド車両の変速制御器から変速指令があるかを判断する段階と、
前記変速指令があると、前記変速指令による少なくとも3つのフェーズ(phase)に細分化された変速区間を確認する段階と、
前記細分化された該当変速区間がアンチジャーク許容変速区間であるかを判断する段階と、
前記該当変速区間がアンチジャーク許容変速区間であれば、前記該当変速区間で発生する振動および衝撃を低減または減殺させるために前記ハイブリッド車両の駆動モータを設定された値で逆位相制御する段階とを含むハイブリッド車両のアンチジャーク制御方法。 - 前記変速指令は、車速信号および加速ペダル位置センサー(APS;accelerator pedal sensor)信号に基づいて発生することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のアンチジャーク制御方法。
- 前記変速区間は、少なくとも変速準備区間と実変速区間および変速終了区間に細分化されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のアンチジャーク制御方法。
- 前記変速準備区間および変速終了区間はアンチジャーク許容区間に設定し、前記実変速区間はアンチジャーク禁止区間に設定することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両のアンチジャーク制御方法。
- 前記変速準備区間および変速終了区間は、変速遂行時にギヤ比の変更はなく油圧制御による変速機のトルクレベルのみ変動する区間に設定され、
前記実変速区間は、変速遂行時に目標ギヤ比を追従するためにギヤ比が変動する区間に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両のアンチジャーク制御方法。 - 前記細分化された変速区間は、それぞれアンチジャーク許容区間またはアンチジャーク禁止区間にマッチングされてマップに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のアンチジャーク制御方法。
- エンジンおよび駆動モータの動力が適切に組み合わせられて運行されるハイブリッド車両のアンチジャーク制御システムにおいて、
前記エンジンと駆動モータの動力連結を断続するエンジンクラッチと、
運転者によって操作される加速ペダルと、
前記ハイブリッド車両の車速を感知する車速センサーと、
前記ハイブリッド車両の変速機を制御する変速制御器と、
前記ハイブリッド車両の駆動モータを制御するモータ制御器と、
前記加速ペダル、車速センサー、変速制御器およびモータ制御器の信号に基づいて変速遂行時にアンチジャークを制御するアンチジャーク制御器とを含み、
前記アンチジャーク制御器は、請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項の方法を遂行するための設定されたプログラムによって動作することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のアンチジャーク制御システム。
