Abstract
【解決手段】塗装機本体11の先端には、塗装機本体11の内部を介してロボットアーム内の大気圧領域に連通する連通路25が形成されている。連通路25は、回転霧化頭14の外周縁及びエア噴出口21よりも回転霧化頭14の中心軸O1側となる位置に設けられている。回転霧化頭14の背面26上には、羽根部31が形成されている。羽根部31は、回転霧化頭14の外周縁及びエア噴出口21よりも回転霧化頭14の中心軸O1側となる位置に設けられている。羽根部31は、回転霧化頭14の回転駆動時に回転霧化頭14の背面26に沿って回転霧化頭14の中心から外周に向かう空気A2の流れを発生させる。

Claims (6)
- 内部にエアモータを有するとともに塗装機支持体に支持された塗装機本体と、
前記塗装機本体の先端側に設けられ、前記エアモータにより回転駆動され、前面側から塗料を放出するベル型の回転霧化頭と、
前記塗装機本体の先端側であってかつ前記回転霧化頭の外周縁の後方位置にて開口するエア噴出口を有し、前記エア噴出口から前記回転霧化頭の外周縁の周囲に向けてシェーピングエアを噴出するエア噴出手段と
を備えた回転霧化頭式塗装機において、
前記塗装機本体の先端側であってかつ前記外周縁及び前記エア噴出口よりも前記回転霧化頭の中心軸側となる位置に、前記塗装機本体内部を介して前記塗装機支持体内の大気圧領域に連通する連通路、または、前記塗装機本体内部及び前記塗装機支持体内部を介して塗装ブース外の大気圧領域に連通する連通路が形成され、
前記回転霧化頭の背面上であってかつ前記外周縁及び前記エア噴出口よりも前記回転霧化頭の中心軸側となる位置に、前記回転霧化頭の回転駆動時に前記回転霧化頭の前記背面に沿って前記回転霧化頭の中心から外周に向かう空気の流れを発生させる気流発生部位が設けられている
ことを特徴とする回転霧化頭式塗装機。 - 前記気流発生部位は、前記背面上にて前記回転霧化頭の径方向に沿って延設された複数の長尺状の羽根部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転霧化頭式塗装機。
- 前記羽根部は、前記背面において前記回転霧化頭の中心軸を基準とした傾斜角度が最大となる部位に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転霧化頭式塗装機。
- 前記羽根部は、前記背面において前記回転霧化頭の中心軸を基準とした傾斜角度が45°超となる部位に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転霧化頭式塗装機。
- 前記羽根部は外周側端と中心側端とを有するとともに、前記連通路は前記羽根部の前記中心側端の後方位置にて開口していることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の回転霧化頭式塗装機。
- 前記羽根部は外周側端と中心側端とを有するとともに、前記回転霧化頭の回転駆動時における前記外周側端の回転軌跡の最大径は、前記回転霧化頭の外径の0.7倍以上0.9倍以下の寸法であることを特徴とする請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の回転霧化頭式塗装機。
