Abstract
【解決手段】 ディスプレイ装置の入力装置は、前記ディスプレイ装置と通信を行う通信部と、前記ディスプレイ装置が有する画面の複数のエッジに対応する所定領域を含み、使用者のタッチ入力を受信するタッチ感知部と、前記所定領域を基準にしてタッチ入力の方向を決定する制御部と、を備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (13)
- ディスプレイ装置の入力装置であって、
前記ディスプレイ装置と通信を行う通信部と、
前記ディスプレイ装置が有する画面の複数のエッジに対応する所定領域を含み、使用者のタッチ入力を受信するタッチ感知部と、
前記所定領域を基準にしてタッチ入力の方向を決定する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする入力装置。 - 前記タッチ入力の方向は、前記所定領域を貫く方向、及び前記所定領域に沿う方向を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 前記ディスプレイ装置は、前記通信部と通信を行うことによって、前記画面の複数のエッジのうち、前記決定されたタッチ入力の方向に対応するいずれか一つのエッジからメニューを活性化させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 前記所定領域は、所定の長さの棒(bar)形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 前記所定領域は、ドット形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 前記所定領域は、所定の高さで隆起していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 前記所定領域は、所定の深さの溝で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 映像信号を受信する信号受信部と、
前記映像信号を処理する映像処理部と、
前記映像信号に基づく映像を画面に表示するディスプレイ部と、
使用者のタッチ入力を受け取る、請求項1、請求項2、及び請求項4乃至7、のいずれかに記載の入力装置と通信を行う通信部と、
前記タッチ入力によって、前記画面の複数のエッジのうち、前記タッチ入力に対応するいずれか一つのエッジからメニューが活性化するように制御する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする、ディスプレイ装置。 - ディスプレイ装置及び入力装置を含むディスプレイシステムであって、
前記ディスプレイ装置が、
映像信号を受信する信号受信部と、
前記映像信号を処理する映像処理部と、
前記映像信号に基づく映像を画面に表示するディスプレイ部と、
使用者のタッチ入力を受け取る、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の入力装置と通信を行う第1通信部と、
前記タッチ入力によって、前記画面の複数のエッジのうち、前記タッチ入力に対応するいずれか一つのエッジからメニューが活性化するように制御する第1制御部と、を備えることを特徴とする、ディスプレイシステム。 - ディスプレイ装置及び入力装置を含むディスプレイシステムの制御方法であって、
前記ディスプレイ装置が有する画面の複数のエッジに対応して隆起した所定領域を含む前記入力装置を用いて使用者がタッチ入力する段階と、
前記入力装置が所定領域を基準にして前記使用者のタッチ入力の方向を判断する段階と、
前記入力装置が、前記方向が判断された使用者のタッチ入力を前記ディスプレイ装置に伝送する段階と、
前記ディスプレイ装置が前記画面の複数のエッジのうち、前記受信した使用者のタッチ入力に対応するいずれか一つのエッジからメニューを活性化させるように制御する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする、ディスプレイシステムの制御方法。 - 前記入力装置が所定領域を基準にして前記使用者のタッチ入力の方向を判断する段階は、
前記所定領域を貫く方向及び前記所定領域に沿う方向のいずれか一方と判断する段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のディスプレイシステムの制御方法。 - 前記使用者のタッチ入力が前記所定領域を貫く方向と判断される場合に、前記ディスプレイ装置が前記画面の複数のエッジのうち、前記受信した使用者のタッチ入力に対応するいずれか一つのエッジからメニューを活性化させるように制御することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のディスプレイシステムの制御方法。
- 前記使用者のタッチ入力が前記所定領域に沿う方向と判断される場合に、前記活性化したメニューの項目に対するスクロール動作を行うように制御することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のディスプレイシステムの制御方法。
