Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、ベースと、ベースの上に形成される放射素子と、放射素子の上に形成され、放射素子の一部領域を露出させる保護層とを含むアンテナ装置及びその製造方法を提供する。本発明によれば、アンテナ装置の外観の不良が防止されるだけでなく、アンテナ装置の電気的な性能が確保される。

Claims (10)
- ベースと、
前記ベースの上に形成される放射素子と、
前記放射素子の上に形成され、前記放射素子の一部領域を露出させる保護層と、
を含むことを特徴とする、アンテナ装置。 - 前記ベースを付着させた実装部材をさらに含み、
前記保護層は、
前記実装部材の曲面に対応する位置に露出領域を形成する露出溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記実装部材の上で、前記露出領域及び保護層の上に形成される保護部を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記ベースは熱融着材料で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のうち、いずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- ベースの上に放射素子を形成するステップと、
前記放射素子の上に、前記放射素子の一部領域を露出させる保護層を形成するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、アンテナ装置の製造方法。 - 前記ベースを実装部材に付着させて、前記放射素子を前記実装部材に実装するステップを更に含み、
前記保護層形成ステップは、
前記実装部材の曲面に対応する位置に露出領域を形成することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のアンテナ装置の製造方法。 - 前記実装部材の上で、前記露出領域及び保護層の上に保護部を形成するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアンテナ装置の製造方法。
- 前記ベースは熱融着材料で形成され、
前記実装部材付着ステップは、
前記ベースに熱を加えて、前記実装部材に付着させることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載のアンテナ装置の製造方法。 - 前記保護層形成ステップは、
前記放射素子の前記一部領域に露出部材を配置させるステップと、
前記放射素子の残りの領域に前記保護層を形成するステップと、
前記露出部材を除去するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5乃至8のうち、いずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置の製造方法。 - 前記ベース、放射素子、及び保護層を一体に切断して、一定形状のアンテナ素子を形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5乃至9のうち、いずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置の製造方法。
