Claims (8)
- 電気自動車の充電器において、
上面が開口され、一側面にコネクタ挿入溝が形成される下部ケースと、下面が開口され、前記下部ケースの開口された上面を覆う上部ケースとを含むケースと、
前記下部ケースに安着され、電気自動車の漏電を感知する漏電感知部、電気自動車の充電過程で過電圧及び過電流を感知する感知部、電気自動車の充電制御部と通信可能な通信モジュール及び電気自動車の充電状態を表示する表示部のうち少なくとも一つの電装部品が装着される回路基板と、
前記下部ケースの内部に引き入れられて前記回路基板に電気的に連結されるケーブルと、
前記コネクタ挿入溝に挿入されて前記ケーブルの引入をガイドし、前記ケース内部への湿気の浸透を防止するケーブルコネクタと、を含む電気自動車の充電器。 - 前記ケーブルコネクタは、
前記コネクタ挿入溝にスライディング挿入されるコネクタ本体と、
前記コネクタ本体の前面から延長され、前記ケーブルが通過するガイドスリーブと、
前記ガイドスリーブの外周面を押して固定するブラケットと、を含む請求項1に記載の電気自動車の充電器。 - 前記コネクタ挿入溝は前記下部ケースの上面から下側に所定深さで凹まれ、

前記下部ケースの内部に引き入れられて前記回路基板に電気的に連結されるケーブルと、
前記ケーブル通過ホールに挿入されて前記ケーブルの引入をガイドし、前記ケース内部への湿気の浸透を防止するケーブルコネクタと、を含み、
前記ケーブルコネクタは、
前記ケーブル通過ホールに差し込まれる防水パッキングと、
前記防水パッキングの上面を覆った状態で前記下部ケースの内側に固定されるブラケットと、
前記防水パッキングの後面を多い、前記下部ケースの側面に固定される防水カバーと、を含む電気自動車の充電器。 - 前記防水カバーの前面には、前記防水パッキングの後面が安着される段差部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気自動車の充電器。
