Abstract
【解決手段】複数のバッテリモジュールを含む自動車用バッテリであって、各バッテリモジュールがバッテリハウジングのハウジング壁(15)に固定され、バッテリハウジングは、ハウジングモジュール壁(19、20)を備えた、上下に位置決めされる少なくとも2つのハウジングモジュール(17、18)を有し、ハウジングモジュール(17、18)が上下に位置決めされると、互いに隣接するハウジングモジュール壁(19、20)の少なくとも一部がかみ合い式に互いに係合してハウジング壁(15、16)を形成する。

Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリモジュール(12)を含む自動車用バッテリであって、各バッテリモジュール(12)がバッテリハウジング(11)のハウジング壁(15)に固定される、自動車用バッテリにおいて、前記バッテリハウジング(11)が、ハウジングモジュール壁(19、20)を備えた、上下に位置決めされる少なくとも2つのハウジングモジュール(17、18)を有し、前記ハウジングモジュール(17、18)が上下に位置決めされると、互いに隣接するハウジングモジュール壁(19、20)の少なくとも一部がかみ合い式に互いに係合して前記ハウジング壁(15、16)を形成することを特徴とする、自動車用バッテリ。
- 横並びに位置決めされる複数のバッテリモジュール(12)からなる層が、いずれの場合も各ハウジングモジュール(17、18)に収容され、上下に位置決めされるバッテリモジュール(12)の層の数がハウジングモジュール(17、18)の数に対応することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- かみ合い式に互いに係合する前記ハウジングモジュール壁(19、20)が、ハウジングモジュールのハウジングモジュール壁の突出部(22)を隣接するハウジングモジュールのハウジングモジュール壁の切欠部(23)に係合するようにして互いに係合することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- かみ合い式に互いに係合するハウジングモジュール壁(19、20)から形成される前記ハウジング壁(15、16)が、W字状又はE字状のハウジング構造を形成し、前記ハウジング構造が、開口端で、さらなるハウジングモジュール壁(19、20)によって境界を画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- かみ合い式に互いに係合する前記ハウジングモジュール壁(19、20)が、締付けバー(24)によって互いに連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 各締付けバー(24)が、1つの締付けレール(25)と、2つの締付けボルト(26)と、2つの締付けねじ(27)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- 各締付けレール(25)が、前記互いに係合する突出部(22)及び切欠部(23)の領域において、かみ合い式に互いに係合する前記ハウジングモジュール壁(19、20)を通って延在し、前記2つの締付けボルト(26)は前記それぞれの締付けレール(25)に収容され、各締付けボルト(26)は、雌ねじ切り部(30)を備える切欠部を有し、締付けねじ(27)は、各締付けねじ(27)が雄ねじ切り部(31)を有する部分によって締付けボルト(26)の前記切欠部を貫通し、及びその過程で前記締付けねじ(27)の前記雄ねじ切り部(31)が前記締付けボルト(26)の前記雌ねじ切り部(30)と係合するようにして、各締付けボルト(26)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
- ハイブリッド自動車又は電気自動車のメインバッテリとして設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用バッテリ。
